Abstract

Claims (14)
- 歯車の表面に複数のギア歯を形成することであって、歯のエッジフランク及び歯のエッジ頂面を含む歯のエッジを画定する歯面を有する、複数のギア歯を形成し、
前記歯のエッジフランクと前記歯のエッジ頂面の少なくとも一方のエッジ破壊部に凸状外形を形成する、
ことを備えた歯車の製造方法。 - 更に、歯車を硬化することを備えた、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 更に、歯車の表面を仕上げ処理することを備えた、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記凸状外形を形成することは、該凸状外形を形成するために、機械の多軸運動を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記凸状外形を形成することは、電気化学的研削機械を使用することを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記凸状外形は、湾曲輪郭、接線輪郭、先細輪郭、丸み付け輪郭、及び、平坦状輪郭の1つである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記凸状外形は、ギア歯フランクに接する放射状曲線である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ギア歯は、スプラインである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記歯車の表面に複数のギア歯を形成し、かつ前記歯のエッジフランクと前記歯のエッジ頂面の少なくとも一方のエッジ破壊部に前記凸状外形を形成するように、同じ工作機械を用いる、請求項1に記載の方法。

複数のギア歯であって、歯のエッジフランクと歯のエッジ頂面とを含んだ歯のエッジを画定する歯面を有する複数のギア歯と、

前記歯のエッジフランクと前記歯のエッジ頂面のうち少なくとも一方が、凸状外形を有する歯のエッジ破壊部を有する、歯車。 - 前記歯のエッジフランクと前記歯のエッジ頂面の両方が、凸状外形を有する、請求項10に記載の歯車。
- 前記凸状外形は、湾曲輪郭、接線輪郭、先細輪郭、丸み付け輪郭、及び、平坦状輪郭の1つである、請求項9または10に記載の歯車。
- 前記凸状外形は、ギア歯フランクに接する放射状曲線である、請求項10に記載の歯車。
- 前記歯車は、スプラインである、請求項10に記載の歯車。
