Claims (3)
- 加熱手段を備えたバレルと、前記バレルの開放口側に配置されたプランジャと、を有する射出成形機であって、
端部にストッパを備えるロッドと、
前記ロッドの途中に設けられたトーピードと、
前記ストッパと前記トーピードの間に設けられたリングと、
が前記バレル内部に収容されており、
前記プランジャが前記ロッドのストッパとは反対側に配置されている
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 前記リングは前記ストッパと前記トーピードのと間を自在に移動できる構造である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形機。 - 請求項1または2に記載の射出成形機を用いた射出成形方法であって、
前記ロッドを前記バレルの開放口側に移動させることで樹脂原料を可塑化した後、 前記ロッドを前記バレルの先端側へ移動させることで前記樹脂原料の射出成形を行うことを特徴とする射出成形方法。
