Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る合わせガラス用中間膜2は、熱可塑性樹脂と、錫ドープ酸化インジウム粒子と、酸化タングステン粒子と、フタロシアニン化合物、ナフタロシアニン化合物及びアントラシアニン化合物の内の少なくとも1種の化合物とを含み、前記酸化タングステン粒子が、金属ドープ酸化タングステン粒子である。

Description
本発明に係る合わせガラス用中間膜に含まれている熱可塑性樹脂は特に限定されない。熱可塑性樹脂として、従来公知の熱可塑性樹脂を用いることができる。熱可塑性樹脂は1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。
中間膜の接着力をより一層高める観点からは、本発明に係る合わせガラス用中間膜は、可塑剤を含むことが好ましい。中間膜に含まれている熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリビニルアセタール樹脂である場合に、中間膜は、可塑剤を含むことが特に好ましい。
本発明に係る合わせガラス用中間膜は、上記化合物(成分)Xを含む。上記化合物Xは、フタロシアニン化合物、ナフタロシアニン化合物及びアントラシアニン化合物の内の少なくとも1種である。上記化合物Xは、遮熱成分でもある。合わせガラスに用いられる中間膜全体で、上記錫ドープ酸化インジウム粒子と上記酸化タングステン粒子と上記化合物Xとを併用することにより、赤外線(熱線)を効果的に遮断できる。
本発明に係る合わせガラス用中間膜に含まれている錫ドープ酸化インジウム粒子(ITO粒子)は、遮熱粒子である。
本発明に係る合わせガラス用中間膜に含まれている酸化タングステン粒子は、遮熱粒子である。
本発明に係る合わせガラス用中間膜は、紫外線遮蔽剤を含むことが好ましい。紫外線遮蔽剤の使用により、中間膜及び合わせガラスが長期間使用されても、可視光線透過率がより一層低下し難くなる。上記紫外線遮蔽剤は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。
本発明に係る合わせガラス用中間膜は酸化防止剤を含むことが好ましい。該酸化防止剤は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。
本発明に係る合わせガラス用中間膜は、アルカリ金属塩及びアルカリ土類金属塩の内の少なくとも1種の金属塩(以下、金属塩Mと記載することがある)を含むことが好ましい。上記金属塩Mの使用により、合わせガラス部材と中間膜との接着性及び中間膜における各層間の接着性を制御することが容易になる。さらに、中間膜が上記金属塩Mを含むことで、酸化タングステン粒子の分散性がより一層良好になり、この結果、中間膜の耐光性がより一層高くなり、高い可視光線透過率をより一層長期間に渡り維持できる。上記金属塩Mは、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。
本発明に係る合わせガラス用中間膜は、必要に応じて、光安定剤、難燃剤、帯電防止剤、顔料、染料、接着力調整剤、耐湿剤、蛍光増白剤及び赤外線吸収剤等の添加剤を含んでいてもよい。これらの添加剤は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。
本発明に係る合わせガラス用中間膜の厚みは特に限定されない。実用面の観点、並びに遮熱性を充分に高める観点からは、中間膜の厚みは、好ましくは0.1mm以上、より好ましくは0.25mm以上、好ましくは3mm以下、より好ましくは1.5mm以下である。中間膜の厚みが上記下限以上であると、合わせガラスの耐貫通性が高くなる。
本発明に係る合わせガラスは、第1の合わせガラス部材と、第2の合わせガラス部材と、該第1,第2の合わせガラス部材の間に挟み込まれた中間膜とを備える。上記合わせガラスは、1層の構造を有する単層の中間膜を備えていてもよく、2層以上の積層構造を有する多層の中間膜を備えていてもよい。上記合わせガラスは、単層又は多層の中間膜を備える。上記合わせガラスにおける上記中間膜が、本発明に係る合わせガラス用中間膜を含む。従って、上記合わせガラスにおける上記中間膜が全体で、熱可塑性樹脂と錫ドープ酸化インジウム粒子と酸化タングステン粒子と上記化合物Xとを含む。

紫外線遮蔽剤4(2−エチル−2’−エトキシ−オキシアニリド、クラリアントジャパン社製「Sanduvor VSU」、最も長波長側の極大吸収波長276nm)
紫外線遮蔽剤5(マロン酸[(4−メトキシフェニル)−メチレン]−ジメチルエステル、クラリアントジャパン社製「Hostavin PR−25」、最も長波長側の極大吸収波長312nm)
酸化防止剤(2,6−ジ−t−ブチル−p−クレゾール(BHT))
(1)中間膜の作製
金属塩であるビス(2−エチル酪酸)マグネシウムを得られる中間膜100重量%中で0.067重量%となる量で含む0.19重量%のエタノール溶液を用意した。
得られた中間膜を、縦30cm×横30cmの大きさに切断した。次に、JIS R3208に準拠した2枚のグリーンガラス(縦30cm×横30cm×厚み2mm)を用意した。この2枚のグリーンガラスの間に、得られた中間膜を挟み込み、真空ラミネーターにて90℃で30分間保持し、真空プレスし、積層体を得た。積層体において、ガラス板からはみ出た中間膜部分を切り落とし、合わせガラスAを得た。
合わせガラスAと大きさのみが異なる合わせガラスBを作製した。すなわち、得られた中間膜を、縦100cm×横100cmの大きさに切断した。次に、JIS R3208に準拠した2枚のグリーンガラス(縦100cm×横100cm×厚み2mm)を用意した。この2枚のグリーンガラスの間に、得られた中間膜を挟み込み、真空ラミネーターにて90℃で30分間保持し、真空プレスし、積層体を得た。積層体において、ガラス板からはみ出た中間膜部分を切り落とし、合わせガラスBを得た。
配合成分の種類及び含有量を下記の表1,2に示すように設定したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、単層の中間膜を作製した。ポリビニルブチラール樹脂と可塑剤との種類及び配合量は実施例1と同じに設定した。得られた中間膜を用いて、実施例1と同様にして、中間膜を備えた合わせガラスA,Bを作製した。
(1)中間層を形成するための第1の組成物の調製
ポリビニルブチラール樹脂(PVB2)100重量部に対し、可塑剤であるトリエチレングリコールジ−2−エチルヘキサノエート60重量部を添加し、ミキシングロールで充分に混練し、中間層を形成するための第1の組成物を得た。
金属塩であるビス(2−エチル酪酸)マグネシウムを得られる中間膜100重量%中で0.067重量%となる量で含む0.19重量%のエタノール溶液を用意した。
得られた第1の組成物及び得られた第2の組成物を、共押出機を用いて成形し、表面層(350μm)/中間層(厚み100μm)/表面層(厚み350μm)の3層の積層構造を有する多層の中間膜(厚み800μm)を作製した。
得られた中間膜を用いて、実施例1と同様にして、中間膜を備えた合わせガラスA,Bを作製した。
(1)中間層を形成するための第1の組成物の調製
トリエチレングリコールジ−2−エチルヘキサノエート(3GO)60重量部と、CWO粒子を得られる中間膜100重量%中で0.091重量%となる量と、ITO粒子を得られる中間膜100重量%中で0.889重量%となる量と、フタロシアニン化合物を得られる中間膜中で0.046重量%となる量とを混合し、さらに、分散剤であるリン酸エステル化合物を添加した後、水平型のマイクロビーズミルにて混合し、分散液を得た。なお、リン酸エステル化合物の含有量はCWO粒子とITO粒子との合計の含有量の1/10となるように調整した。
ポリビニルブチラール樹脂(PVB1)100重量部に対し、可塑剤であるトリエチレングリコールジ−2−エチルヘキサノエート40重量部と、紫外線遮蔽剤1(2−(2’−ヒドロキシ−3’−t−ブチル−5−メチルフェニル)−5−クロロベンゾトリアゾール、BASF社製「Tinuvin326」、最も長波長側の極大吸収波長352nm)0.2重量部とを添加し、ミキシングロールで充分に混練し、表面層を形成するための第2の組成物を得た。
得られた第1の組成物及び得られた第2の組成物を、共押出機を用いて成形し、表面層(350μm)/中間層(厚み100μm)/表面層(厚み350μm)の3層の積層構造を有する多層中間膜(厚み800μm)を作製した。
得られた中間膜を用いて、実施例1と同様にして、中間膜を備えた合わせガラスA,Bを作製した。
(1)可視光線透過率(A光Y値、初期A−Y(380〜780nm))の測定
分光光度計(日立ハイテク社製「U−4100」)を用いて、JIS R3211(1998)に準拠して、得られた合わせガラスAの波長380〜780nmにおける上記可視光線透過率を測定した。
分光光度計(日立ハイテク社製「U−4100」)を用いて、JIS R3106(1998)に準拠した方法により、得られた合わせガラスAの波長850nmでの光線透過率(T850(850nm))を測定した。
分光光度計(日立ハイテク社製「U−4100」)を用いて、JIS R3106(1998)に準拠して、得られた合わせガラスの波長300〜2100nmでの日射透過率Ts(Ts2100)を求めた。
紫外線照射装置(Atlas社製「Ci65A」)を用いて、JIS R3205に準拠して、紫外線(石英ガラス水銀灯(750W))を、合わせガラスに500時間照射した。500時間照射後の合わせガラスのA−Y、T850及びTs2100を上記の方法により測定した。

Claims (11)
- 熱可塑性樹脂と、
錫ドープ酸化インジウム粒子と、
酸化タングステン粒子と、
フタロシアニン化合物、ナフタロシアニン化合物及びアントラシアニン化合物の内の少なくとも1種の化合物とを含み、
前記酸化タングステン粒子が、金属ドープ酸化タングステン粒子である、合わせガラス用中間膜。 - 前記錫ドープ酸化インジウム粒子の含有量が0.0001重量%以上、1重量%以下である、請求項1に記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- 前記酸化タングステン粒子の含有量が0.00001重量%以上、0.1重量%以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- フタロシアニン化合物、ナフタロシアニン化合物及びアントラシアニン化合物の内の少なくとも1種である前記化合物の含有量が0.000001重量%以上、0.05重量%以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- フタロシアニン化合物、ナフタロシアニン化合物及びアントラシアニン化合物の内の少なくとも1種である前記化合物が、フタロシアニン化合物である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- フタロシアニン化合物、ナフタロシアニン化合物及びアントラシアニン化合物の内の少なくとも1種である前記化合物が、バナジウム原子を含有するフタロシアニン化合物である、請求項5に記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリビニルアセタール樹脂である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- 可塑剤を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- 紫外線遮蔽剤を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- アルカリ金属塩及びアルカリ土類金属塩の内の少なくとも1種の金属塩を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス用中間膜。
- 第1の合わせガラス部材と、
第2の合わせガラス部材と、
請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス用中間膜とを備え、
前記第1の合わせガラス部材と前記第2の合わせガラス部材との間に、前記合わせガラス用中間膜が配置されている、合わせガラス。
