Abstract
【解決手段】アームを駆動する油圧アクチュエータと、油圧アクチュエータから排出される圧油が流れるメータアウト流路と、メータアウト流路に設けられた可変絞りと、操作装置と、可変絞りの開口面積を制御するコントローラとを備えた建設機械の油圧制御装置において、アームが水平方向となす角度を演算する姿勢演算部と、アームが水平方向となす角度とその時間変化量に応じて可変絞りの開口面積を、演算するメータアウト開口面積演算部と、メータアウト開口演算部で演算した可変絞りの開口面積に応じて、可変絞りの開口面積を調整するための電磁弁に指令信号を出力するメータアウト制御部とを備えた。

Description
図1において、油圧ショベル301は左右一対の覆帯302a,302bを備えた下部走行体303と、下部走行体303の上部に旋回可能に設けた上部旋回体304と、一端が上部旋回体304に連結された多関節型のフロント機構300とを備えている。

ここで、tは演算開始からの時間を示し、Δtは演算の時間ステップを表す。
メータアウト開口演算部45bのテーブルは、いずれも、アーム角度θA’がおよそ90°以下、すなわちアームシリンダ11に負の負荷が作用するときに、アーム角速度ωA’が高くなるにしたがって、メータアウト絞り23aの目標開口面積を減少させるように特性設定されている。そして、アーム角度θA’がおよそ90°以上、すなわち、正の負荷が作用するときには、アーム角速度ωA’によらず、メータアウト絞り23aの目標開口面積を最大値とするように特性設定されている。これらは、上述したように、操作装置の操作量信号であるアームクラウドパイロット圧によって、異なるテーブルを選択しているが、テーブルは2つに限るものではなく、それ以上のテーブルを備えて、アームクラウドパイロット圧ごとに細かい選択がなされるようにしても良い。

Claims (4)
- 油圧ポンプから吐出される圧油によりアームを駆動する油圧アクチュエータと、前記油圧アクチュエータから排出される圧油が流れるメータアウト流路と、前記メータアウト流路に設けられた可変絞りと、前記油圧アクチュエータの動作指令信号を操作量に応じて出力する操作装置と、前記可変絞りの開口面積を制御するコントローラとを備えた建設機械の油圧制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、前記アームが水平方向となす角度を演算する姿勢演算部と、
前記姿勢演算部が演算した前記アームが水平方向となす角度と、その時間変化量に応じて、前記メータアウト流路に設けられた前記可変絞りの開口面積を演算するメータアウト開口面積演算部と、
前記メータアウト開口面積演算部で演算した前記可変絞りの開口面積に応じて、前記可変絞りの開口面積を調整するための電磁弁に指令信号を出力するメータアウト制御部とを備えた
ことを特徴とする建設機械の油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧制御装置において、
前記操作装置の操作量を検出する操作量検出装置を備え、
前記メータアウト開口面積演算部は、前記操作量検出装置が検出した前記操作装置の操作量を読み込み、前記操作装置の操作量ごとに、前記メータアウト流路に設けられた前記可変絞りの開口面積を、前記姿勢演算部が演算した前記アームが水平方向となす角度と、その時間変化量に応じて演算する
ことを特徴とする建設機械の油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧制御装置において、
前記建設機械は、下部走行体と、前記下部走行体に旋回可能に設けた上部旋回体と、前記上部旋回体に回動可能に接続され、ブームと前記アームとを備えた多関節型のフロント機構と、前記上部旋回体に対するブームの回動角度を検出するブーム角度センサと、前記ブームに対する前記アームの回動角度を検出するアーム角度センサとを備え、
前記姿勢演算部は、前記ブーム角度センサ、及び前記アーム角度センサが検出した回動角度を基に、前記アームが水平方向となす角度を演算する
ことを特徴とする建設機械の油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧制御装置において、
前記建設機械は、下部走行体と、前記下部走行体に旋回可能に設けた上部旋回体と、前記上部旋回体に回動可能に接続され、ブームと前記アームとを備えた多関節型のフロント機構と、前記ブームを駆動するブーム用油圧シリンダと前記アームを駆動するアーム用油圧シリンダと、前記ブーム用油圧シリンダの変位を検出するブームシリンダ変位センサと、前記アーム用油圧シリンダの変位を検出するアームシリンダ変位センサとを備え、
前記姿勢演算部は、前記ブームシリンダ変位センサ、及び前記アームシリンダ変位センサが検出した変位を基に、前記アームが水平方向となす角度を演算する
ことを特徴とする建設機械の油圧制御装置。
