Claims (10)
- 繊維強化熱可塑性部品の製造方法であって、
繊維を配置するステップと、
前記繊維を動かぬように固定するステップと、
前記繊維を切断するステップと、
前記繊維に熱可塑性ポリマーを含浸させるステップと、
前記熱可塑性物質を含浸させた繊維の複数のシートを積み重ねるステップと、
前記複数のシートを一体に成型するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記最初の繊維を固定するステップは、前記最初の繊維に結合剤を噴霧することを含む、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記固定された繊維を複数の小さな繊維へと切断するステップは、前記固定された繊維を切断するために少なくとも1つのレーザを使用することを含む、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記複数のより小さな繊維の含浸は、スロットコーティングまたは含浸成型の一方を含む、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記複数のシートを積み重ねるステップは、前記切れ目のあらかじめ決められた配置に従って前記シートを積み重ねることを含む、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 部品の製造方法であって、
最初の繊維を配置するステップと、
前記繊維を動かぬように固定するステップと、
前記繊維を切断するステップと、
前記繊維に熱可塑性ポリマーを含浸させるステップと、
前記熱可塑性物質を含浸させた繊維の複数のシートを積み重ねるステップと、
前記複数のシートを一体に成型し、成型可能シートを形成するステップと、
前記成型可能シートへと金型を適用するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記最初の繊維を固定するステップは、前記最初の繊維に結合剤を噴霧することを含む、請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 前記固定された繊維を複数の小さな繊維へと切断するステップは、前記固定された繊維を切断するために少なくとも1つのレーザを使用することを含む、請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 前記複数のより小さな繊維の含浸は、スロットコーティングまたは含浸成型の一方を含む、請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 前記複数のシートを積み重ねるステップは、前記切れ目のあらかじめ決められた配置に従って前記シートを積み重ねることを含む、請求項6に記載の製造方法。
