Claims (6)
- 2軸スクリュー押出機用駆動装置であって、
モーター(16、16´)を連結可能な少なくとも一つの入力軸(17、25)と、
前記2軸スクリュー押出機の第1スクリュー軸を連結可能な第1出力軸(60)と、
前記2軸スクリュー押出機の第2スクリュー軸に連結可能な第2出力軸(84)と、
遊星歯車配置(8)と、
パワースプリット伝動装置(10)と、
を備えており、
前記出力軸(60、84)は、一方ではラジアル軸受(101)内で、他方では、軸方向スラスト力を受容する軸方向主軸受(88、92)内で支えられている、駆動装置において、
前記出力軸(60、84)の前記軸方向主軸受(88、92)が、流体静力学的に支持された軸方向滑り軸受として構成されていることを特徴とする、駆動装置。 - 流体静力学的に支持された前記軸方向滑り軸受が、1以上の滑り軸受平面(91)を有しており、
前記滑り軸受平面(91)のそれぞれが、シャフト側スラストワッシャー(93)及びステーター側スラストワッシャー(95)を有しており、
シャフト側スラストワッシャー(93)及びステーター側スラストワッシャー(95)の滑り面は、潤滑剤を介して流体静力学的に分離されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記ステーター側スラストワッシャー(95)には、それぞれ、少なくとも一つの潤滑ポケット(96)が設けられており、潤滑ポケット(96)には、油圧システムを介して潤滑剤が供給可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記シャフト側スラストワッシャー(93)には、それぞれ、少なくとも一つの潤滑ポケットが設けられており、潤滑ポケットには、油圧システムを介して潤滑剤が供給可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の駆動装置。
- 各滑り軸受平面(91)には、所定の潤滑剤量が個別に供給可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 各潤滑ポケット(96)には、所定の潤滑剤量が個別に供給可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
