Abstract
【解決手段】湾曲した外管4の形状を展開した所定の平面形状に成形した板体1を、湾曲した略U字断面に絞り成形して半管体2となし、当該半管体2の略U字断面の空間内に、外管4と同様の湾曲形状とした内管3を挿入位置させた後、前記内管3と半管体2を長手方向の一端部で溶接し、この後、前記半管体2を前記内管の外方を囲む略円形断面をなすように曲げ成形して半管体2の衝合端22を溶接して外管4とする。

Claims (3)
- 湾曲した外管の形状を展開した所定の平面形状に成形した板体を、湾曲した略U字断面に絞り成形して半管体となし、当該半管体の略U字断面の空間内に、前記外管と同様の湾曲形状とした内管を挿入位置させた後、前記内管と半管体を長手方向の一端部で溶接し、この後、前記半管体を前記内管の外方を囲む略円形断面をなすように曲げ成形して半管体の衝合端を溶接して外管とすることを特徴とする二重管の製造方法。
- 絞り成形に先だって、前記板体を前記湾曲方向へ所定の山形に湾曲させた請求項1に記載の二重管の製造方法。
- 外管の端部でこれを縮径させて当該外管の内周を内管の外周に当接させた請求項1又は2に記載の二重管の製造方法。
