Abstract
【解決手段】官能基化されたカーボンブラック材料組成物は、A/B−ブロックコポリマーの使用によって不動態化された疎水性カーボンブラック粒子表面を含み、A/Bブロックは、ペンタフルオロスチレン−マレイミド交互ポリマーを含み、Bブロックは、純粋なペンタフルオロスチレンを含む。A/B部分によって、このポリマーがカーボンブラックに吸着することができ、一方、B−ブロックは、フッ素化系の安定化剤として作用する。微細な分散物は、フッ素化ポリマーへのポリ(ペンタフルオロスチレン/マレイミド−b−ペンタフルオロスチレン)またはP(PFS/MI−b−PFS)で不動態化されたカーボンブラックの添加によって得られ、その物理特性および機械特性を高める。

Claims (10)
- 印刷システム用途に有用な粒状フィラー組成物であって、官能基化された赤外線を吸収する粒状物を含み、この赤外線を吸収する粒状物は、赤外線を吸収する粒状物の表面にポリマーを吸着させることによって官能基化され、赤外線を吸収する粒状物の表面を不動態化する、粒状フィラー組成物。
- 赤外線を吸収する粒状物がカーボンブラック粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の粒状フィラー組成物。
- ポリマーが、ポリ−(ペンタフルオロスチレン/マレイミド−b−ペンタフルオロスチレン)(P(PFS/MI−b−PFS))を含む、請求項2に記載の粒状フィラー組成物。
- ポリマーが、リビングラジカル重合によって調製される、請求項2に記載の粒状フィラー組成物。
- ポリマーがA/B−b−ブロックコポリマーである、請求項4に記載の粒状フィラー組成物。
- 赤外線を吸収する粒状物は、直径が1ミクロン未満である、請求項1に記載の粒状フィラー組成物。
- 赤外線を吸収する粒状物は、フッ素化ポリマー中の分散物のために構成される、請求項1に記載の粒状フィラー組成物。
- 赤外線を吸収する粒状物が、疎水性になるように官能基化された、請求項1に記載の粒状フィラー組成物。
- 粒状フィラー組成物を製造するための方法であって、
容器中にP(PFS/MI−b−PFS)を与えることと;
この容器中で有機フルオロカーボンを攪拌することと;
この容器にカーボンブラック粒子を加えることと;
この容器を、第1の連続した時間、攪拌することと;
得られた混合物をふるい分けし、製造された粒状フィラー組成物として、官能基化されたカーボンブラックを与えることとを含む、方法。 - フラスコ中にペンタフルオロスチレンを与えることと;
このフラスコにマレイミドを加えることと;
このフラスコに、ポリマーに担持された触媒を加えることと;
このフラスコを脱気することと;
このフラスコに第1の遊離ラジカル源を加えることと;
窒素ガス下、この溶液をあらかじめ決められた浴温まで加熱することと;
このあらかじめ決められた浴温を第2の連続した時間、維持することと;
第2の遊離ラジカル源を周期的に加えることと;
この溶液を冷却することと;
環状エーテルを加えることと;
この溶液をメタノールに加え、P(PFS/MI−b−PFS)を与えることによって、P(PFS/MI−b−PFS)を前もって調製することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
