Claims (10)
- 印刷システム構成成分の表面材料における均一分散に有用な機能化カーボンブラックを形成する方法であって:
カーボンブラックを提供する工程;
末端アミノ基を有するフルオロポリマーを提供する工程;および
前記アミノ末端処理されたフルオロポリマーおよび前記カーボンブラックを混合する工程を含む、方法。 - 前記フルオロポリマーがアミノ末端処理されたPDMSである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合のためにカップリング剤を提供する工程
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記カップリング剤が、N,N’−ジシクロヘキシルカルボジイミドである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 硝酸を提供する工程;
前記カーボンブラックを前記硝酸と混合し、カーボンブラックの表面を酸化することによって、酸化されたカーボンブラックを形成する工程
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記カーボンブラックの前記硝酸との混合が、数時間の混合を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記カーボンブラックの前記硝酸による混合が、室温での混合を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 溶液中の前記カーボンブラックのPHが5になるまで、前記酸化されたカーボンブラックを脱イオン水で洗浄する工程
を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記カーボンブラックを150℃で1時間真空を用いて乾燥する工程
を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記アミノ末端処理されたフルオロポリマーおよび前記カーボンブラックを混合する工程がさらに、真空乾燥され、酸化されたカーボンブラックであるカーボンブラックを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
