Claims (3)
- 紫外線殺菌タンク(139)に外部或いは内部の紫外線光源(143)から光線を照射して酸化チタン(101)で原水や培養液等の溶液を殺菌する溶液殺菌装置において、
前記紫外線殺菌タンク(139)の溶液供給側に流量センサ(138)を設け、該流量センサ(138)が検出する溶液供給量に基づいて前記紫外線光源(143)の駆動を制御したことを特徴とする溶液殺菌装置。 - 前記紫外線殺菌タンク(139)の供給側に溶液供給装置(137)を設けると共に前記紫外線殺菌タンク(139)で殺菌した溶液を貯留する殺菌後タンク(142)に貯留量を検出する液量センサ(146)を設け、該液量センサ(146)が検出する貯留量に基づいて前記溶液供給装置(137)の供給量を制御したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶液殺菌装置。
- 前記紫外線殺菌タンク(139)に複数の前記紫外線光源(143)を設けて各紫外線光源(143)の点灯時間を変更制御して各紫外線光源(143)の点灯時間を均一化したことを特徴とする請求項1或いは請求項2のいずれか1項に記載の溶液殺菌装置。
