Claims (5)
- 回転制御若しくは割出し制御されるターンテーブル上にワーク固定装置を設け、このワーク固定装置により固定されターンテーブル上で回転若しくは割出しされるワークを、移動制御される加工具により加工する旋盤において、前記ターンテーブルを回転中心に対して径方向に移動自在に設けて前記ワークの偏心量を調整自在に設け、このターンテーブルのセンター軸に軸方向に移動する軸方向移動部を設け、前記ターンテーブルの中心部と前記センター軸の軸方向移動部との係合部に傾斜状態に直動ガイド部を設けて、前記センター軸の軸方向移動部を軸方向に移動することで前記直動ガイド部が傾斜していることで生じる径方向押圧力によって、前記ターンテーブルが径方向に移動して前記ワークの偏心量を調整する偏心量調整機構Hを備えたことを特徴とする偏心量調整機構を備えた旋盤。
- 前記センター軸に設けた前記軸方向移動部と、この軸方向移動部が軸方向である上下方向に移動自在に係合する前記ターンテーブルの中心部に設けた係合受部との一方側にスライドレールを設けると共に他方側にこのスライドレールがスライド自在に係合するスライドガイドを設けて、前記センター軸と前記ターンテーブルとの係合部にこのスライドレールとスライドガイドとから成る直動ガイド部を設けた構成とし、この直動ガイド部を傾斜状態に設けて、前記軸方向移動部を前記軸方向に移動することで、前記係合受部に前記径方向押圧力が生じてこの軸方向移動部の移動ストロークに応じた量だけ前記ターンテーブルが径方向へ移動して偏心するように前記偏心量調整機構を構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の偏心量調整機構を備えた旋盤。
- 前記ターンテーブルは、テーブルベット上で水平回転するテーブルベース上に、前記ワーク固定装置を設けたワーク設置テーブルを水平方向である径方向に移動自在に設けた構成とし、前記ターンテーブルの前記テーブルベースと共に回転する前記センター軸をこのテーブルベースに対して軸方向である上下方向に移動自在に設けて、このセンター軸の上端部を前記軸方向移動部とした構成とし、この軸方向移動部と、前記ターンテーブルの前記ワーク設置テーブルの中心部に設けた前記係合受部とを、前記径方向に傾斜配設した前記直動ガイド部を介して係合連結した構成とし、前記センター軸を軸上下駆動装置により上下方向に駆動することで、前記ターンテーブルの前記テーブルベースに対して前記ワーク設置テーブルを水平方向に移動させて前記ワークの偏心量を調整するように前記偏心量調整機構を構成したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の偏心量調整機構を備えた旋盤。
- 前記ターンテーブルの前記テーブルベース上に偏心用スライドガイド部を介して前記ワーク設置テーブルを水平方向である径方向に移動自在に設け、このワーク設置テーブルを径方向に移動して偏心調整した後固定する偏心固定装置を前記テーブルベースに固定解除自在に設けたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の偏心量調整機構を備えた旋盤。
- 前記直動ガイド部は、前記センター軸の前記軸方向移動部と前記ターンテーブルの前記ワーク設置テーブルの中心部の前記係合受部との夫々の係合部に設け、前記テーブルベースに上下方向に設けた一方の直動ガイド部に対して、前記ワーク設置テーブルに設けた他方の直動ガイド部を上方に行くほど径方向外側に傾斜する傾斜状態に配設したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の偏心量調整機構を備えた旋盤。
