Claims (25)
- 接点構造であって、
ハウジングと、
第1接点及び第2接点であって、それぞれが、
フレキシブルレバーアームと、
前記フレキシブルレバーアームの第1端に取り付けられた接触部分と、
前記フレキシブルレバーアームの第2端にあり、前記ハウジングに挿入される掛りと、
を備える第1接点及び第2接点と、
前記ハウジングの上部に取り付けられたカバーであって、それぞれが前記複数の接点のうちの1つの接触部分のためのものである複数の開口を有するカバーと、を備える接点構造。 - 各接点の前記接触部分は、広い方のボディ部分と狭窄テイルとを含む、請求項1に記載の接点構造。
- 各接点の前記接触部分は、前記フレキシブルレバーアームの前記第1端の開口に前記狭窄テイルを挿入しリベット打ちすることによって前記フレキシブルレバーアームの前記第1端に取り付けられる、請求項2に記載の接点構造。
- 前記カバーは、複数の開口の周りに隆起部分を備える、請求項1に記載の接点構造。
- 前記ハウジングは、組み立て中に、中央の接点の挿入を受け入れるための下部開口と、側方の接点の挿入を受け入れるための側方のスロットとを備える、請求項1に記載の接点構造。

前記中央の接点を前記ハウジングの定位置に固定することと、
側方の各接点の前記接触部分の少なくとも一部分が前記ハウジングの上で露出するように前記ハウジングのスロットを通じて側方の接点を挿入することと、
前記側方の接点を前記ハウジングの定位置に固定することと、を有する方法。 - フレキシブルレバーアームの第1端に接触部分を取り付けることは、
フレキシブルレバーアームの第1端にある開口に接触部分の狭窄テイルを挿入することと、
前記フレキシブルレバーアームに前記接触部分をリベット打ちすることと、を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記中央の接点を前記ハウジングの定位置に固定することは、前記フレキシブルレバーアームの第2端にある掛りを前記ハウジングに挿入することを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記側方の接点を前記ハウジングの定位置に固定することは、前記側方の接点のための前記フレキシブルレバーアームのそれぞれの第2端にある掛りを前記ハウジングに挿入することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ハウジングの上部にカバーを取り付けることを更に有し、前記カバーは隆起部分を有し、前記隆起部分は複数の開口を有し、各開口は前記複数の接点のうちの1つのためのものである、請求項8に記載の方法。

回路基板と、
前記回路基板の上側に搭載された複数のスプリング付勢接点と、
前記スプリング付勢接点の上にあり複数の開口を有するキャップであって、各開口は前記複数のスプリング付勢接点のうちの1つの接触部分のためのものである、キャップと、
前記回路基板の下側に固定されたブラケットと、
前記キャップの上にありブラケットに固定された蓋と、を備える、接点構造。 - 前記回路基板は、フレキシブル回路基板である、請求項11に記載の接点構造。
- 前記キャップは隆起部分を含み、前記複数の開口は前記隆起部分にあり、前記隆起部分は前記蓋の第1開口にフィットする、請求項12に記載の接点構造。
- 前記キャップの前記隆起部分の周り且つ前記キャップと前記蓋との間にあるガスケットを更に備える、請求項13に記載の接点構造。
- 前記蓋は、前記ブラケットの側方の開口に圧入されるねじ山付きインサートと、前記蓋の側方の開口に挿入され前記ブラケットの前記ねじ山付きインサートにねじ込まれるねじとを用いて前記ブラケットに固定される、請求項14に記載の接点構造。
- 前記キャップは、第1接着層を用いて前記回路基板に固定される、請求項15に記載の接点構造。
- 前記回路基板は、第2接着層を用いて前記ブラケットに固定される、請求項16に記載の接点構造。

前記スプリング付勢接点は、
上面の複数のスロットに囲まれた中央のホールを有するハウジングと、
前記中央のホール内に第1端を有するスプリングと、
裏側キャビティを有する接触部分であって、前記スプリングの前記第2端が前記裏側キャビティ内にある、接触部分と、
前記ハウジングの前記上面の前記複数のスロットにフィットする複数の爪と、前記接触部分の周りの中央通路とを有する端子構造と、を備える、接点構造。 - 前記接触部分は、前記端子構造の下にある第1接触部分爪を含む、請求項18に記載の接点構造。
- 前記端子構造は、前記接触部分の前記裏側キャビティにフィットする2つの隆起部分を含む、請求項19に記載の接点構造。
- 前記接点構造は、第3接点を更に備え、
前記第3接点は、
フレキシブルレバーアームと、
前記フレキシブルレバーアームの第1端に取り付けられた接触部分と、
前記フレキシブルレバーアームの第2端と、を備え、
前記ハウジングは、前記第3接点の部分の周りにインサート成形される、請求項1に記載の接点構造。 - 前記第1接点、前記第2接点及び前記第3接点のそれぞれの前記フレキシブルレバーアームの前記第2端の近くに表面実装接点部分を更に備える、請求項21に記載の接点構造。
- 前記第1接着層及び前記第2接着層は、熱活性化層である、請求項17に記載の接点構造。
- 前記複数のスプリング付勢接点の端子は、前記フレキシブル回路基板の開口に挿入される、請求項11に記載の接点構造。
- 前記端子構造は、前記ハウジングの対応するスロットにフィットし、下側に延びる2つの爪を備える、請求項20に記載の接点構造。
