Abstract
【解決手段】シャフト1と共に回転するシリンダブロック2に形成されシャフト1の周方向に所定の間隔をもって配置される複数のシリンダ2bと、シリンダ2b内に摺動自在に挿入されシリンダ2bの内部に容積室7を区画するピストン6と、シリンダブロック2を収容するケース3と、コア部材21及びコア部材21にコーティングされる樹脂層22によって形成されシリンダブロック2とケース3のエンドカバー5との間に介在するバルブプレート20と、を備え、バルブプレート20は、樹脂層22によって形成されシリンダブロック2が摺接する第一ランド部30と、第一ランド部30よりも径方向外側に設けられてシリンダブロック2から離間する外側非接触部40と、を有し、外側非接触部40の少なくとも一部は、コア部材21が露出する露出部50である。

Description
まず、図1から図7を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る液圧回転機について説明する。
次に、図8から図10を参照して本発明の第2実施形態に係るピストンポンプ200について説明する。以下では、上記第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、上記第1実施形態のピストンポンプ100と同一の構成には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
Claims (8)
- シャフトが連結されて前記シャフトと共に回転するシリンダブロックと、
前記シリンダブロックに形成され前記シャフトの周方向に所定の間隔をもって配置される複数のシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入され前記シリンダの内部に容積室を区画するピストンと、
前記ピストンの先端に回転自在に連結されるシューと、
前記シューが摺接する斜板と、
前記シリンダブロックを収容するケースと、
コア部材及び前記コア部材にコーティングされる樹脂層によって形成されると共に前記容積室に給排される作動液が通過する供給ポート及び排出ポートが設けられて、前記シリンダブロックと前記ケースとの間に介在するバルブプレートと、を備え、
前記バルブプレートは、
前記樹脂層によって形成され前記シリンダブロックが摺接する摺接部と、
前記シリンダブロックから離間する非接触部と、を有し、
前記非接触部の少なくとも一部は、前記コア部材が露出する露出部であることを特徴とする液圧回転機。 - 前記供給ポート及び前記排出ポートは、前記コア部材に設けられた供給ベース穴及び排出ベース穴の内周面にコーティングされるポート樹脂層によってそれぞれ画定され、
前記ポート樹脂層は、前記摺接部に連続して設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧回転機。 - 前記非接触部は、前記摺接部よりも径方向外側に設けられる外側非接触部を有し、
前記外側非接触部の少なくとも一部は、前記露出部であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の液圧回転機。 - 前記非接触部は、前記摺接部の径方向内側に設けられ前記シリンダブロックとの間に隙間をもって形成される内側非接触部を有し、
前記内側非接触部の少なくとも一部は、前記露出部であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の液圧回転機。 - 前記露出部において露出する前記コア部材の少なくとも一部は、前記樹脂層のモールド成形時に支持される支持部であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の液圧回転機。
- 前記供給ポート及び前記排出ポートは、円弧状の溝としてそれぞれ形成され、
前記支持部である前記露出部は、周方向における前記供給ポートと前記排出ポートとの間に設けられる中間部の径方向外側又は径方向内側の少なくとも一方に設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液圧回転機。 - 前記非接触部の全部が前記露出部として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の液圧回転機。
- 液圧回転機のシリンダブロックとケースとの間に介在すると共にコア部材と当該コア部材にコーティングされる樹脂層によって形成されるバルブプレートであって、
前記樹脂層によって形成され前記シリンダブロックが摺接する摺接部と、
前記シリンダブロックから離間する非接触部と、を有し、
前記非接触部の少なくとも一部は、前記コア部材が露出する露出部であることを特徴とするバルブプレート。
