Abstract
Description
本開示は、一般には接着剤に関し、より具体的には木材用接着剤に関する。
木材用接着剤は、最も一般的に使用されている接着剤であり、接着剤の総使用量の半分を超える総使用量を有する。80%以上の木材用接着剤は、尿素・ホルムアルデヒド樹脂およびフェノール・ホルムアルデヒド樹脂のうち、少なくとも一つを含む。しかしながら当該樹脂は、その硬化機構が原因で、ホルムアルデヒドガスを10年以上にも亘って放出する。このため、環境を酷く汚染するだけでなく、人体にも害をなす。したがって、ホルムアルデヒドガスの放出および環境汚染の当該問題を解決することは、木材用接着剤の技術分野にとって重要な課題となっている。例えば、アメリカ合衆国で出願された先行文献(アメリカ合衆国特許第7,060,798号)は、修飾されたタンパク質の接着剤および上記接着剤から作られるリグノセルロース組成物を開示している。
本開示の一実施形態によると、木材用接着剤が提供される。上記木材用接着剤は、第一の薬剤および第二の薬剤を含む。上記第一の薬剤は、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムおよびスチレン・ブタジエンゴム重合体を含む。上記カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムは、分子量が15,000〜500,000の範囲にあり、かつ、ナトリウム塩の置換度が0.4以上、2.00以下である。上記第二の薬剤は、第四級アミンの重合体を含む。

本開示は木材用接着剤に関する。上記木材用接着剤は、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム、第四級アミンの重合体およびスチレン・ブタジエンゴム重合体を含む。上記木材用接着剤は、高い接着力および耐水性を有し、かつ、ホルムアルデヒドガスの放出および環境汚染の問題を解決することができる。
4.2gのスチレン・ブタジエンゴム樹脂(TK−61F,久聯化學工業製,pH=8.5,固形分48%,粘度62cps)を50.0gの水溶液Iに加え、均一に攪拌した後、1.33gのNaOH水溶液(10%)をこれに加え、共に均一に攪拌した。次に、40.0gのポリアミドアミン・エピクロロヒドリン樹脂水溶液(Kymene(登録商標)557H,Hercules Ltd.製,pH=4.2,固形分12.5%)および8gの小麦粉を更にこれに加え、共に均一に攪拌して木材用接着剤Aを作製した。
10.4gのスチレン・ブタジエンゴム樹脂(TK−61F,久聯化學工業製,pH=8.5,固形分48%,粘度62cps)を、50.0gの水溶液Iに加え、均一に攪拌した後、1.33gのNaOH水溶液(10%)をこれに加え、共に均一に攪拌した。次に、40.0gのポリアミドアミン・エピクロロヒドリン樹脂水溶液(Kymene(登録商標)557H,Hercules Ltd.製,pH=4.2,固形分12.5%)および8gの小麦粉を更にこれに加え、共に均一に攪拌して木材用接着剤Bを作製した。
1.33gのNaOH水溶液(10%)を50.0gの水溶液Iに加えて、均一に攪拌した後、40.0gのポリアミドアミン・エピクロロヒドリン樹脂水溶液(Kymene(登録商標)557H,Hercules Ltd.製,pH=4.2,固形分12.5%)および8gの小麦粉を更にこれに加え、共に均一に攪拌して木材用接着剤Cを作製した。
15.0gの水溶液Iを、31.26gのスチレン・ブタジエンゴム樹脂(TK−61F,久聯化學工業製,pH=8.5,固形分48%,粘度62cps)に加え、均一に攪拌した後、1.33gのNaOH水溶液(10%)をこれに加え、共に均一に攪拌した。次に、40.0gのポリアミドアミン・エピクロロヒドリン樹脂水溶液(Kymene(登録商標)557H,Hercules Ltd.製,pH=4.2,固形分12.5%)および15gの小麦粉を更にこれに加え、共に均一に攪拌して木材用接着剤Dを作製した。
15.0gの水溶液Iを、31.26gのスチレン・ブタジエンゴム樹脂(TK−61F,久聯化學工業製,pH=8.5,固形分48%,粘度62cps)に加え、均一に攪拌した後、更に15gの小麦粉をこれに加え、共に均一に攪拌して木材用接着剤Eを作製した。
1.33gのNaOH水溶液(10%)を、31.26gのスチレン・ブタジエンゴム樹脂(TK−61F,久聯化學工業製,pH=8.5,固形分48%,粘度62cps)に加え、均一に攪拌した後、40.0gのポリアミドアミン・エピクロロヒドリン樹脂水溶液(Kymene(登録商標)557H,Hercules Ltd.製,pH=4.2,固形分12.5%)および15gの小麦粉を更にこれに加え、共に均一に攪拌して木材用接着剤Fを作製した。
15gの小麦粉を、31.26gのスチレン・ブタジエンゴム樹脂(TK−61F,久聯化學工業製,pH=8.5,固形分48%,粘度62cps)に加え、均一に攪拌して木材用接着剤Gを作製した。
Claims (5)
- 分子量が15,000〜500,000の範囲にあり、かつ、ナトリウム塩の置換度が0.4以上、2.00以下であるカルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム、および、スチレン・ブタジエンゴム重合体を含んでいる、第一の薬剤;並びに、
第四級アミンの重合体を含んでいる、第二の薬剤、
を含んでいる、木材用接着剤であって、
上記スチレン・ブタジエンゴム重合体と、上記カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムおよび上記第四級アミンの重合体の総重量との重量比が、0.05:1〜1:0.1である、木材用接着剤。 - 上記第一の薬剤と、上記第二の薬剤との重量比が、0.7:1〜1:0.2である、請求項1に記載の木材用接着剤。
- 上記カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムと、上記第四級アミンの重合体との重量比が、0.05:1〜1:0.05である、請求項1に記載の木材用接着剤。
- 上記第一の薬剤は、更に水を含み、かつ、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムおよびスチレン・ブタジエンゴム重合体は水溶液相で存在し、かつ、
上記第二の薬剤は、更に水を含み、かつ、上記第四級アミンの重合体は水溶液相で存在する、請求項1に記載の木材用接着剤。 - 更に有機フィラーを含み、上記有機フィラーは小麦粉、澱粉およびおが屑のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の木材用接着剤。
