Abstract
Description
また、本発明の実施形態に係る複合材構造体の製造方法は、長さが同一でない第1の複数のプリプレグを、少なくとも各一端が内部となるように積層することによって、厚さ方向に対して傾斜する接合面を第1のプリプレグの表面で形成した第1のプリプレグの積層体を製作するステップと、長さが同一でない第2の複数のプリプレグを、少なくとも各一端が内部となるように積層することによって、厚さ方向に対して傾斜する接合面を第2のプリプレグの表面で形成した第2のプリプレグの積層体を製作するステップと、断面が楔形となるように突出する凸部の表面を2つの接合面として有する接合対象部品、前記第1のプリプレグの積層体及び前記第2のプリプレグの積層体を、前記第1のプリプレグの積層体の厚さ方向と前記第2のプリプレグの積層体の厚さ方向が同じ方向となり、かつ前記第1のプリプレグの積層体に形成される接合面が前記接合対象部品の一方の接合面に合わさる一方、前記第2のプリプレグの積層体に形成される接合面が前記接合対象部品の他方の接合面に合わさるように組合わせて加熱硬化するステップとを有するものである。
また、本発明の実施形態に係る複合材構造体の製造方法は、長さが同一でない第1の複数のプリプレグを、少なくとも各一端が内部となるように積層することによって、厚さ方向に対して傾斜する接合面を第1のプリプレグの表面で形成した第1のプリプレグの積層体を製作するステップと、長さが同一でない第2の複数のプリプレグを、少なくとも各一端が内部となるように積層することによって、厚さ方向に対して傾斜する接合面を第2のプリプレグの表面で形成した第2のプリプレグの積層体を製作するステップと、前記第1のプリプレグの積層体及び第2のプリプレグの積層体を同時又は別々に加熱硬化することによってそれぞれ接合面を有する第1の複合材部品及び第2の複合材部品を製作するステップと、断面が楔形となるように突出する凸部の表面を2つの接合面として有する接合対象部品、前記第1の複合材部品及び前記第2の複合材部品を、前記第1の複合材部品の厚さ方向と前記第2の複合材部品の厚さ方向が同じ方向となり、かつ前記第1の複合材部品の接合面が前記接合対象部品の一方の接合面に合わさる一方、前記第2の複合材部品の接合面が前記接合対象部品の他方の接合面に合わさるように接着剤で接合するステップとを有するものである。
(構成及び機能)
図1は本発明の第1の実施形態に係る複合材構造体の構造を示す断面図である。
図1に示すような第2の部材3の第2の接合面4B及び第2の部材3の表面の双方を繊維の表面とする複合材構造体1によれば、接着継手において理想的とされているスカーフ継手において強度を一層向上させることができる。
次に複合材構造体1の製造方法について説明する。
図6は本発明の第2の実施形態に係る複合材構造体の構造を示す断面図である。
図7は本発明の第3の実施形態に係る複合材構造体の構造を示す断面図である。
図8は本発明の第4の実施形態に係る複合材構造体の構造を示す断面図である。

Claims (7)
- 第1の接合面を有する第1の部材と、
前記第1の接合面と接合される第2の接合面を有し、複合材で構成される第2の部材とを有し、
前記複合材を構成する複数の繊維の、前記第1の部材側における各端部を前記複合材の内部に配置することによって繊維の表面を前記第2の接合面とした複合材構造体。 - 前記複合材を構成する複数の繊維の一部であって、前記第1の部材側かつ前記第2の接合面側における複数の繊維の積層方向を前記第2の接合面に垂直な方向とした請求項1記載の複合材構造体。
- 前記複合材を構成する複数の繊維の長さを変えることによって、前記複合材を構成する複数の繊維の一部であって、前記第1の部材側かつ前記第2の接合面側における複数の繊維の積層方向を前記第2の接合面に垂直な方向とする一方、前記複合材を構成する複数の繊維の残りの一部であって、前記第1の部材側かつ前記第2の接合面から離れた側における複数の繊維の積層方向を前記第2の部材の厚さ方向とした請求項1記載の複合材構造体。
- 前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材とはスカーフ継手で接合される請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の複合材構造体。
- 前記第1の部材は、断面が楔形となるように突出する凸部の表面を前記第1の接合面とし、
前記第2の部材は、前記凸部に対応してV字状に押し広げられた2枚の繊維の表面を前記第2の接合面とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の複合材構造体。 - 長さが同一でない第1の複数のプリプレグを、少なくとも各一端が内部となるように積層することによって、厚さ方向に対して傾斜する接合面を第1のプリプレグの表面で形成した第1のプリプレグの積層体を製作するステップと、
長さが同一でない第2の複数のプリプレグを、少なくとも各一端が内部となるように積層することによって、厚さ方向に対して傾斜する接合面を第2のプリプレグの表面で形成した第2のプリプレグの積層体を製作するステップと、
断面が楔形となるように突出する凸部の表面を2つの接合面として有する接合対象部品、前記第1のプリプレグの積層体及び前記第2のプリプレグの積層体を、前記第1のプリプレグの積層体の厚さ方向と前記第2のプリプレグの積層体の厚さ方向が同じ方向となり、かつ前記第1のプリプレグの積層体に形成される接合面が前記接合対象部品の一方の接合面に合わさる一方、前記第2のプリプレグの積層体に形成される接合面が前記接合対象部品の他方の接合面に合わさるように組合わせて加熱硬化するステップと、
を有する複合材構造体の製造方法。 - 長さが同一でない第1の複数のプリプレグを、少なくとも各一端が内部となるように積層することによって、厚さ方向に対して傾斜する接合面を第1のプリプレグの表面で形成した第1のプリプレグの積層体を製作するステップと、
長さが同一でない第2の複数のプリプレグを、少なくとも各一端が内部となるように積層することによって、厚さ方向に対して傾斜する接合面を第2のプリプレグの表面で形成した第2のプリプレグの積層体を製作するステップと、
前記第1のプリプレグの積層体及び第2のプリプレグの積層体を同時又は別々に加熱硬化することによってそれぞれ接合面を有する第1の複合材部品及び第2の複合材部品を製作するステップと、
断面が楔形となるように突出する凸部の表面を2つの接合面として有する接合対象部品、前記第1の複合材部品及び前記第2の複合材部品を、前記第1の複合材部品の厚さ方向と前記第2の複合材部品の厚さ方向が同じ方向となり、かつ前記第1の複合材部品の接合面が前記接合対象部品の一方の接合面に合わさる一方、前記第2の複合材部品の接合面が前記接合対象部品の他方の接合面に合わさるように接着剤で接合するステップと、
を有する複合材構造体の製造方法。
