Claims (5)
- 冷却器を収容するケースに取り付けられて前記冷却器から延びる第1冷媒通路に接続される第1連結部材と、前記第1冷媒通路に連通する前記第1連結部材の第1開口に接続されると共に、第2冷媒通路に連通する前記ケースの第2開口に面シール部材を介して接続される第2連結部材とを含む冷媒通路の連結構造において、
前記第2開口は、前記第1連結部材の下方に位置するように前記ケースに形成され、
前記第1連結部材は、前記面シール部材の上方に位置すると共に下方に向かうにつれて前記ケースの表面から離間するように傾斜した傾斜面を有するテーパ部を含む冷媒通路の連結構造。 - 請求項1に記載の冷媒通路の連結構造において、
前記第2連結部材は、前記第1開口に接続される第1端部と、前記第2開口に接続される第2端部とを有し、
前記第2連結部材の前記第2端部の端面には、前記面シール部材を支持するシール支持部が形成され、前記第2端部の外周面の少なくとも上部には、溝が形成されている冷媒通路の連結構造。 - 請求項2に記載の冷媒通路の連結構造において、
前記第2連結部材は、前記第2端部の周囲に形成され、それぞれ前記ケースに締結される少なくとも2つの締結部を有する冷媒通路の連結構造。 - 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の冷媒通路の連結構造において、
前記第1連結部材は、前記ケースに固定されるフランジ部と、前記フランジ部から延出されると共に前記ケースに形成された貫通孔に挿通されて軸シール部材を介して前記第1冷媒通路に接続される筒状部と、前記フランジ部および筒状部を貫通する冷媒流通孔とを有し、前記フランジ部と前記ケースとの間には、面シール部材が配置され、前記テーパ部は、前記フランジ部の下部に設けられる冷媒通路の連結構造。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の冷媒通路の連結構造において、
前記冷却器は、電動機を駆動するインバータに含まれる電子部品を冷却し、前記第2冷媒通路は、前記ケースに形成されている冷媒通路の連結構造。
