Abstract
【解決手段】一次室11と二次室12との間を連通する弁ポート21が形成された弁座部2と、弁ポート21内にニードル部43が挿通されるニードル弁4と、ニードル弁4の摺動軸41をガイドするガイド部3と、ニードル弁4を弁閉方向に付勢するコイルばね6と、を備える。ガイド部3とコイルばね6とを一次室11側に配置する。コイルばね6をストッパ部14で覆う。ストッパ部14と本体ケース1との隙間を、一次室11から弁ポート21に対して冷媒を送り出す本体流路10Aとする。

Claims (3)
- 冷凍サイクルの凝縮器と蒸発器との間に設けられ、前記凝縮器に接続される一次室と前記蒸発器に接続される二次室との間で冷媒を減圧して前記蒸発器に送り出す絞り装置であって、
前記一次室と前記二次室との間を連通する弁ポートが形成された弁座部と、
前記弁ポートの軸線に沿って移動することにより前記弁ポートの開度を可変にする弁体と、
前記弁体の摺動軸をガイドするガイド部と、
前記弁体を弁閉方向に付勢する付勢手段と、
を備え、
前記ガイド部と前記付勢手段とが前記一次室側に配置され、前記付勢手段がカバー手段で覆われていることを特徴とする特徴とする絞り装置。 - 前記カバー手段の内側と前記一次室とを連通する均圧路を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絞り装置。
- 流体である冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機と、凝縮器と、蒸発器と、前記凝縮器と前記蒸発器との間に接続された請求項1または2に記載の絞り装置と、を備えたことを特徴とする冷凍サイクル。
