Abstract
【解決手段】膨張弁1は、弁本体2内に形成された有底穴36に移動自在に設けられたオリフィス40、オリフィス40を移動させる作動棒60、及び有底穴36に固定して取り付けられているとともにオリフィス40が移動することでオリフィス40との間で流路面積を変更するニードル弁30を備えている。従来のオリフィス開閉用の弁体としてのボールとその押えが不要であり、部品点数を削減することができる。また、オリフィス40は、有底穴36内で可動であるが、Oリング44によって振動が抑制される。

Claims (4)
- 弁本体内に形成された有底穴に移動自在に設けられたオリフィス、前記オリフィスを前記有底穴内で移動させる作動棒、及び前記有底穴に取り付けられているとともに前記オリフィスが移動することで前記オリフィスとの間で流路面積を変更するニードル弁を備えていることから成る膨張弁。
- 前記ニードル弁には、前記作動棒を案内するガイド孔が形成されていることから成る請求項1に記載の膨張弁。
- 前記ニードル弁は、前記有底穴内に圧入又は前記有底穴の壁部をポンチ加工することにより固定されていることから成る請求項1又は2に記載の膨張弁。
- 前記オリフィスは、前記有底穴に摺動可能に嵌装されており且つ一端で前記ニードル弁の先端が嵌入可能な筒部と、前記筒部と接続しており流体の通過を許容する通過孔が形成されており更に前記作動棒の先端と当接可能な底部とを備えることから成る請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の膨張弁。
