Claims (5)
- 冷凍サイクルの凝縮器と蒸発器との間に設けられ、前記凝縮器に接続される一次室と前記蒸発器に接続される二次室との間で冷媒を減圧して前記蒸発器に送り出す絞り装置であって、
前記一次室と前記二次室との間を連通する弁ポートが形成された弁座部と、
前記弁ポートの軸線に沿って移動することにより前記弁ポートの開度を可変にする弁体と、
前記弁体の摺動軸をガイドするガイド部と、
前記弁体を弁閉方向に付勢する付勢手段と、
を備え、
前記ガイド部と前記付勢手段とが前記一次室側に配置され、前記弁体と前記弁ポートとの最小隙間を保持するように当該弁体の弁閉方向の位置がストッパ手段により規制され、該弁体が前記弁座部に着座しない構造となっていることを特徴とする絞り装置。 - 前記弁体の前記ストッパ手段に当接する端部の面の径が、前記摺動軸の外径より小径であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絞り装置。
- 前記ストッパ手段が前記付勢手段を覆う構造となっていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の絞り装置。
- 前記ストッパ手段内のストッパ室と前記一次室とを連通する均圧路を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の絞り装置。
- 流体である冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機と、凝縮器と、蒸発器と、前記凝縮器と前記蒸発器との間に接続された請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の絞り装置と、を備えたことを特徴とする冷凍サイクル。
