Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、流体に含まれる微粒子を除去するろ過装置(1)であって、各々が織布から成り、積層される複数のろ材(20)と、複数のろ材を、流体の正方向の流れによって当該正方向に圧密する圧密機構(10)と、複数のろ材を、流体の逆方向の流れによって当該逆方向に互いに間隔を空けて保持する保持機構(30)と、を有している。

Claims (5)
- 流体に含まれる微粒子を除去するろ過装置であって、
各々が織布から成り、積層される複数のろ材と、
前記複数のろ材を、前記流体の正方向の流れによって当該正方向に圧密する圧密機構と、
前記複数のろ材を、前記流体の逆方向の流れによって当該逆方向に互いに間隔を空けて保持する保持機構と、を有することを特徴とするろ過装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記圧密機構として、抵抗板を備え、
前記抵抗板は、前記流体の正方向の流れに対向する向きに変位し、当該流体の流れを利用して前記複数のろ材を圧密すると共に、前記流体の逆方向の流れに沿うように変位して前記複数のろ材の圧密を解除することを特徴とするろ過装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記保持機構として、重なり合う前記ろ材同士を繋ぐ連結部材を備え、
前記連結部材は、前記複数のろ材が圧密された状態では重なり合う前記ろ材の間で折り畳まれ、前記流体が逆方向に流れることにより前記複数のろ材が前記連結部材により互いに間隔を空けた状態に保持されることを特徴とするろ過装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記圧密機構として、前記複数のろ材を圧密する円環状部材と、前記円環状部材の中央部を塞ぐように設けられた網目状部材と、前記網目状部材に取り付けられ、前記流体の流れに応じて変位する抵抗板と、前記円環状部材に取り付けられた浮力体と、を備え、
前記保持機構として、重なり合う前記ろ材同士を繋ぐ連結部材を備え、
前記抵抗板が前記流体の正方向の流れに対向する向きに変位して前記網目状部材の網目を塞ぐことで、前記円環状部材が前記浮力体の浮力に抗して前記複数のろ材を前記正方向に圧密した状態に保持し、
前記抵抗板が前記流体の逆方向の流れに沿うように変位することにより前記複数のろ材の圧密が解除され、前記円環状部材が前記浮力体の浮力を受けて、前記複数のろ材を前記連結部材を介して互いに間隔を空けた状態に保持することを特徴とするろ過装置。 - 請求項1〜4の何れか1項において、
積層される前記複数のろ材のうち、前記流体の正方向の流れの下流側にある前記ろ材の方が上流側にある前記ろ材より粗さが細かいことを特徴とするろ過装置。
