[0022] 其次,需要净化的水(饮用水、污水、其他生产用水均可)从底部排污区15 (未过滤 前此区干净)的进水口2进入到过滤器内部,然后上流经通孔14通过下隔离网板3进入悬浮 滤料区5中,当水位达到一定高度时,悬浮滤料区5就会随水位升高而上浮,直到到达滤料上 隔离网板6,由于滤料12的密度均小于水的密度,因此,滤料12会悬浮于水的表面,滤料12被 上隔离网板6阻隔不动(滤料12的直径必须大于通孔14直径,避免滤料12进入到清水堰池区 7中),而污水由此被滤料12进行过滤,截留其中的固形物得到净化;净化后的水继续上升进 入清水堰池区7,当净化水升到出水口 8时,清水堰池区7中贮存了足够的清洗过滤材料的 水,净化水则从出水口 8流出去到用水的目的地。
[0023]最后,净化水用到目的地完毕后,需要清洗过滤器及其吸附在滤料12上的固形物 时,停止从进水口 2进水,打开排污口 10的阀门,滤料12—起随水会自上往下移动,为了迫使 直接随水一起向下移动的滤料改变方向,悬浮滤料区5的侧壁上的导流板13起到关键作用, 增加滤料之间或滤料与水之间或滤料与导流板13之间的摩擦,所产生的摩擦使吸附在滤料 上的污物更容易从滤料上脱离,脱落的污物再经下隔离网板3通孔14进入到排污区15;由于 排污区15底部设置为锥形形状的结构,排污区15滤除截留的固形物就会很顺畅的从排污口 10排出,实现过滤器和滤料清洗的目的。
[0024]本实用新型一种上流式自清洗过滤器,主要用于水处理的净化过滤,上流式水经 过过滤器内部的滤料时,能有效的滤除水中的固形物,使水得到净化,同时又能自动清洗, 把滤除截留的固形物冲洗而从底部排出,恢复滤料功能,继续工作。由此可见,本实用新型 上流式自清洗过滤器不但结构简单、操作方便、净化彻底、提高水利用率,而且节约水资源、 有效降低设备成本。

1. 一种上流式自清洗过滤器,它包括支脚(1)、进水口(2)、下隔离网板(3)、过滤器本体 (4)、上隔离网板⑹、出水口(8),其特征在于:所述上隔离网板⑹和下隔离网板⑶通过卡 槽(11)分别安装于过滤器本体⑷内侧壁上,所述上隔离网板⑹和下隔离网板⑶将过滤 器本体⑷从上至下依次分为清水堰池区(7)、悬浮滤料区(5)、排污区(15),所述悬浮滤料 区⑸的侧壁上设有导流板(13)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的上流式自清洗过滤器,其特征在于:所述卡槽(11)是直接焊接 于过滤器本体⑷内侧壁上。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的上流式自清洗过滤器,其特征在于:所述上隔离网板(6)、下隔 离网板C3)分别卡接在对应的卡槽(11)中,并通过螺栓(9)连接固定。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的上流式自清洗过滤器,其特征在于:所述清水堰池区(7)上段 设有出水口⑻,所述排污区(15)侧壁上设有进水口(2)。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的上流式自清洗过滤器,其特征在于:所述排污区(15)底部为锥 形形状的结构,其底部设有排污口(1〇)。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的上流式自清洗过滤器,其特征在于:所述上隔离网板(6)、下隔 离网板(3)上均分别设有通孔(14)。
