- 導電性基板と、
前記導電性基板と対向するように配置された電極層と、
前記導電性基板と、前記電極層との間に配置された有機無機ペロブスカイト化合物を含む光電変換層と、前記電極層と前記光電変換層との間に配置された有機半導体層と、
を備え、
前記電極層が、金属酸化物を含む透明導電性材料からなる、太陽電池。 - 前記有機無機ペロブスカイト化合物が、一般式R−M−X(但し、Rは有機分子、Mは金属原子、Xはハロゲン原子またはカルコゲン原子である。)で表される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記導電性基板が、フレキシブル基板である、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記導電性基板が、金属箔からなる、請求項3に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記電極層が、ITOからなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記電極層が、スパッタリング膜からなる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記電極層が、イオンプレーティング膜からなる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記導電性基板と、前記光電変換層との間に設けられている電子輸送層をさらに備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池。
