Abstract
【解決手段】電動モータ1から伝達される回転を直線運動に変換することで摩擦パッド9をブレーキディスク6に押し付ける直動機構3と、直動機構3が一体のアセンブリとなるように直動機構3の構成部品を一括して収容する直動機構ハウジング4と、ブレーキディスク6の外周をまたぐ形状をもつキャリパボディ7とを有する電動ブレーキ装置である。キャリパボディ7は、摩擦パッド8を軸方向に支持する爪部7Aと、直動機構ハウジング4から見てブレーキディスク6の側とは反対側に配置されたハウジング固定板7Bと、爪部7Aとハウジング固定板7Bとを連結する外殻部7Cとからなる。

電動モータと、
ブレーキディスクを間に挟んで軸方向に対向する一対の摩擦パッドと、
前記電動モータから伝達される回転を直線運動に変換することで、前記一方の摩擦パッドを前記ブレーキディスクに押し付ける直動機構と、
前記直動機構が一体のアセンブリとなるように前記直動機構の構成部品を一括して収容する直動機構ハウジングと、
前記ブレーキディスクの外周をまたぐ形状をもつキャリパボディとを有し、
このキャリパボディは、
前記ブレーキディスクを間に挟んで前記一方の摩擦パッドと対向する他方の摩擦パッドを軸方向に支持する爪部と、
前記直動機構ハウジングから見て前記ブレーキディスクの側とは反対側に配置され、かつ、前記直動機構ハウジングが着脱可能に固定されるハウジング固定板と、
前記爪部とハウジング固定板とを前記ブレーキディスクの外径側で連結する外殻部とからなる電動ブレーキ装置。
以上のように、摩擦パッドをブレーキディスクに押し付けたときの軸方向反力を受け止めるための剛性を確保しつつ、直動機構を一体のアセンブリとして取り外すことが可能となる。
前記直動機構が、前記出力ギヤから回転が入力されるように前記出力ギヤと同軸に配置された回転軸を有する場合、
前記直動機構ハウジングと前記ハウジング固定板の接触面間に、前記回転軸の中心と前記出力ギヤの中心とを一致させるように嵌合する位置決め嵌合部を設けると好ましい。
前記直動機構ハウジングと前記減速機構ハウジングを締結部品によって互いに着脱可能に締結し、その締結によって前記直動機構ハウジングと前記減速機構ハウジングを前記ハウジング固定板に固定することができる。
前記直動機構ハウジング内への異物侵入を防止するように前記直動機構ハウジングの内周に一端が接続され、前記直動部材の外周に他端が接続された伸縮可能な筒状のブーツを設けることができる。

- 電動モータ(1)と、
ブレーキディスク(6)を間に挟んで軸方向に対向する一対の摩擦パッド(8,9)と、
前記電動モータ(1)から伝達される回転を直線運動に変換することで、前記一方の摩擦パッド(9)を前記ブレーキディスク(6)に押し付ける直動機構(3)と、
前記直動機構(3)が一体のアセンブリとなるように前記直動機構(3)の構成部品を一括して収容する直動機構ハウジング(4)と、
前記ブレーキディスク(6)の外周をまたぐ形状をもつキャリパボディ(7)とを有し、
このキャリパボディ(7)は、
前記ブレーキディスク(6)を間に挟んで前記一方の摩擦パッド(9)と対向する他方の摩擦パッド(8)を軸方向に支持する爪部(7A)と、
前記直動機構ハウジング(4)から見て前記ブレーキディスク(6)の側とは反対側に配置され、かつ、前記直動機構ハウジング(4)が着脱可能に固定されるハウジング固定板(7B)と、
前記爪部(7A)とハウジング固定板(7B)とを前記ブレーキディスク(6)の外径側で連結する外殻部(7C)とからなる電動ブレーキ装置。 - 前記電動モータ(1)の回転を減速して前記直動機構(3)に伝達する減速機構(2)と、
前記減速機構(2)が一体のアセンブリとなるように前記減速機構(2)の構成部品を一括して収容し、前記ハウジング固定板(7B)に着脱可能に固定された減速機構ハウジング(5)と、
を更に有する請求項1に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。 - 前記減速機構(2)は、前記直動機構(3)に回転を出力する出力ギヤ(41)を有し、
前記直動機構(3)は、前記出力ギヤ(41)から回転が入力されるように前記出力ギヤ(41)と同軸に配置された回転軸(12)を有し、
前記直動機構ハウジング(4)と前記ハウジング固定板(7B)の接触面間に、前記回転軸(12)の中心と前記出力ギヤ(41)の中心とを一致させるように嵌合する位置決め嵌合部(13,57)が設けられている請求項2に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。 - 前記減速機構ハウジング(5)と前記ハウジング固定板(7B)の接触面間に、前記回転軸(12)の中心と前記出力ギヤ(41)の中心とを一致させるように嵌合する第2の位置決め嵌合部(13,58)が設けられている請求項3に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記直動機構ハウジング(4)と前記減速機構ハウジング(5)とで前記ハウジング固定板(7B)を間に挟み込むように前記直動機構ハウジング(4)および前記減速機構ハウジング(5)を配置し、
前記直動機構ハウジング(4)と前記減速機構ハウジング(5)は締結部品(54)によって互いに着脱可能に締結され、その締結によって前記直動機構ハウジング(4)と前記減速機構ハウジング(5)が前記ハウジング固定板(7B)に固定されている請求項2から4のいずれかに記載の電動ブレーキ装置。 - 前記直動機構(3)は、
前記一方の摩擦パッド(9)と一体に移動する直動部材(14)と、
前記直動機構ハウジング(4)内への異物侵入を防止するように前記直動機構ハウジング(4)の内周に一端が接続され、前記直動部材(14)の外周に他端が接続された伸縮可能な筒状のブーツ(61)とを有する請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電動ブレーキ装置。 - 前記直動機構ハウジング(4)と前記ハウジング固定板(7B)の間に、前記直動機構ハウジング(4)内への異物侵入を防止するシール部材(59)を設けた請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記直動機構ハウジング(4)の材質が前記キャリパボディ(7)の材質と異なる請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記直動機構ハウジング(4)は回転対称の形状とされている請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記直動機構(3)は、外輪部材(14)と、前記電動モータ(1)から伝達される回転により自転しながら前記外輪部材(14)の内側を公転する遊星ローラ(15)と、前記外輪部材(14)の内周に設けられた螺旋凸条(18)と、その螺旋凸条(18)に係合するように前記各遊星ローラ(15)の外周に設けられた螺旋溝または円周溝(19)とを有する遊星ローラ機構である請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
