Abstract

Claims (6)
- 特定方向に延びる複数の歯を含む歯車と、
前記歯車の歯面へ向かってオイルを噴射するノズルと、を備え、
前記ノズルは、前記複数の歯の先端同士の間の間隔よりも狭い幅で、前記特定方向に延びている、歯車の冷却構造。 - 前記歯車は、はすば歯車であり、
前記ノズルは、前記歯車の軸方向に並ぶように複数設けられている、請求項1に記載の歯車の冷却構造。 - 前記歯車は、遊星歯車装置のサンギヤおよび複数のプラネタリギヤの少なくとも1つである、請求項1または2に記載の歯車の冷却構造。
- 前記複数のプラネタリギヤのうち隣り合うプラネタリギヤの間には、前記サンギヤの歯面に対向する先端面および隣り合うプラネタリギヤの歯面に対向する一対の側面を有するバッフルが配置されており、
前記ノズルは、前記バッフルの前記先端面に設けられていて、前記サンギヤの歯面へ向かってオイルを噴射する、請求項3に記載の歯車の冷却構造。 - 前記複数のプラネタリギヤのうち隣り合うプラネタリギヤの間には、前記サンギヤの歯面に対向する先端面および隣り合うプラネタリギヤの歯面に対向する一対の側面を有するバッフルが配置されており、
前記ノズルは、前記バッフルの前記一対の側面のうちで前記サンギヤの回転方向において上流側に位置する側面に設けられていて、前記プラネタリギヤの歯面へ向かってオイルを噴射する、請求項3または4に記載の歯車の冷却構造。 - 前記遊星歯車装置は、航空機用のガスタービンエンジンと連結される、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の歯車の冷却構造。
