Claims (12)
- ワークの被測定面上の測定スポットの画像を提供するように動作するクロマティック共焦点式の測距センサ(CRS)光学ペンであって、
筐体と、
光源光を測定光路に沿って出力するとともに、前記測定光路に沿って戻ってくる反射光を受け取るように構成されたファイバーアパーチャーを含む入出力光ファイバーと、
前記CRS光学ペンの測定軸を規定する光軸を有する色分散レンズ構成と、
ここで、前記色分散レンズ構成は、
前記光源光を受け取るとともに、軸上色分散を伴って合焦される前記光源光をワーク表面へ出力するように構成され、かつ、
前記ワーク表面からの反射光を受け取るとともに、前記測定光路に沿って反射された光源光からなる前記反射光の少なくとも一部を前記ファイバーアパーチャーの近接点で合焦させるように構成され、
前記色分散レンズ構成から前記反射光を受け取るとともに、前記反射光を測定用の光と撮像用の光とに分割するように配置されている反射光分割構成と、
画像検出器を有するカメラ部と、
を備え、
前記反射光分割構成は、前記光軸上に配置される低開口数区域と、前記低開口数区域を囲うように配置された高開口数区域とを有し、
当該CRS光学ペンは、前記反射光分割構成の前記低開口数区域と前記高開口数区域のうちのいずれか一方が前記反射光のうちの前記撮像用の光を撮像光路に沿って前記画像検出器の方に向けるように構成され、前記反射光分割構成の前記低開口数区域と前記高開口数区域のうちのいずれか他方が前記反射光のうちの前記測定用の光を前記測定光路に沿って前記ファイバーアパーチャーの前記近接点の方に向けるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とするCRS光学ペン。 - 請求項1記載のCRS光学ペンにおいて、前記低開口数区域および前記高開口数区域の一方は反射区域であり、前記低開口数区域および前記高開口数区域の他方は透過区域であることを特徴とするCRS光学ペン。
- 請求項2記載のCRS光学ペンにおいて、
前記CRS光学ペンは、
前記反射光のうち前記撮像用の光を前記撮像光路に沿って前記画像検出部へ向けるように構成された前記反射光分割構成の低開口数区域と、
前記反射光のうち前記測定用の光を前記測定光路に沿って前記ファイバーアパーチャーの前記近接点へ向けるように構成された前記反射光分割構成の高開口数区域と、を備える
ことを特徴とするCRS光学ペン。 - 請求項1記載のCRS光学ペンにおいて、
前記撮像光路は、前記筐体内に含められ、前記CRS光学ペンの前記光軸に垂直な方向において、色収差レンズ構成の半径寸法の範囲内に設けられている
ことを特徴とするCRS光学ペン。 - 請求項1記載のCRS光学ペンにおいて、
前記反射光分割構成は、透光性基材で構成され、前記低開口数区域は、前記透光性基材をマスクした反射性領域によって構成され、前記高開口数区域は、前記透光性基材のうちのマスクされていない領域によって構成される
ことを特徴とするCRS光学ペン。 - 請求項1記載のCRS光学ペンにおいて、前記反射光分割構成は、前記色分散レンズ構成と前記入出力光ファイバーとの間に配置されていることを特徴とするCRS光学ペン。
- 請求項1記載のCRS光学ペンにおいて、前記反射光分割構成は金属基材で構成され、前記低開口数区域は前記金属基材の範囲内の領域で構成され、前記高開口数区域は前記金属基材を貫通する複数の孔で構成されることを特徴とするCRS光学ペン。
- 請求項1記載のCRS光学ペンにおいて、
前記カメラ部は、波長フィルターを備えることを特徴とするCRS光学ペン。 - 請求項1記載のCRS光学ペンにおいて、
前記カメラ部は、前記撮像光路に近接するフィールドレンズを備えることを特徴とするCRS光学ペン。 - 請求項1記載のCRS光学ペンにおいて、
前記CRS光学ペンは、
前記反射光のうち前記撮像用の光を前記撮像光路に沿って前記画像検出部へ向けるように構成された前記反射光分割構成の低開口数区域と、
前記反射光のうち前記測定用の光を前記測定光路に沿って前記ファイバーアパーチャーの前記近接点へ向けるように構成された前記反射光分割構成の高開口数区域と、
を備えることを特徴とするCRS光学ペン。 - 請求項10記載のCRS光学ペンにおいて、
前記低開口数区域は、合焦部を備えることを特徴とするCRS光学ペン。 - 請求項1記載のCRS光学ペンにおいて、
前記CRS光学ペンは、
前記反射光のうち前記撮像用の光を前記撮像光路に沿って前記画像検出部へ向けるように構成された前記反射光分割構成の高開口数区域と、
前記反射光のうち前記測定用の光を前記測定光路に沿って前記ファイバーアパーチャーの前記近接点へ向けるように構成された前記反射光分割構成の低開口数区域と、
を備えることを特徴とするCRS光学ペン。
