Claims (5)
- 圧縮機からの冷媒が流入する切換弁室と、前記切換弁室に設けられ、冷凍サイクルの構成要素の一部に接続される複数の開口を有する平坦な弁座と、前記弁座と摺接する平坦な摺接面を有し、更に前記摺接面に少なくとも2つの前記開口を接続、或いは遮断する冷媒導通路を備えた弁本体と、前記弁本体を所定の位置に回転させる電動モータとを備えた冷媒切換弁において、
前記弁本体の前記摺接面に、少なくとも、冷媒の導通機能を備えない所定形状の凹部を形成したことを特徴とする冷媒切換弁。 - 請求項1に記載の冷媒切換弁において、
前記開口は4個の開口であり、夫々の前記開口は前弁本体の回転中心を基準にして約90°間隔に配置されており、
前記弁本体の前記摺接面は、対向する一対の前記開口を閉止する一対の閉止領域と、前記一対の閉止領域が前記一対の開口を閉止した状態で、残りの一対の前記開口の一方を閉止する閉止領域と、他方の前記開口を閉止しない非閉止領域より形成されていることを特徴とする冷媒切換弁。 - 請求項2に記載の冷媒切換弁において、
前記一対の閉止領域が前記一対の開口を閉止した状態で、前記摺接面には、前記一対の閉止領域によって閉止された前記一対の夫々の開口と残りの前記一対の開口の間に、前記冷媒導通路が夫々配置され、更に前記夫々の冷媒導通路の間に前記所定形状の凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする冷媒切換弁。 - 請求項3に記載の冷媒切換弁において、
前記一対の閉止領域によって閉止される前記一対の開口の間の距離は、前記他方の一対の前記開口の間の距離より長いことを特徴とする冷媒切換弁。 - 請求項4に記載の冷媒切換弁において、
前記一対の閉止領域が前記一対の開口を閉止した状態で、前記冷媒導通路の周縁と前記冷媒導通路の外周側に位置する前記開口の周縁の間の最短距離にほぼ対応する長さの幅を有するシール領域を、前記一対の冷媒導通路に沿って前記一対の閉止領域以外に形成し、前記一対の閉止領域と前記シール領域によって前記摺接面を形成することを特徴とする冷媒切換弁。
