Abstract
Description
以下では図面を参照しながら、実施例の電池パック2について説明する。図1に示す電池パック2は、電動工具4(図2、図3参照)に着脱可能に取り付けることができる。図2、図3では、電動工具4が電動ドライバである場合を例示しているが、電動工具4は、例えば電動ドリル、電動グラインダ、電動マルノコ、電動チェーンソー、電動レシプロソー、電動芝刈り機、電動刈払機、電動ブロア等であってもよい。電動工具4に取り付けられると、電池パック2は、電動工具4に電力を供給する。また、電池パック2は、充電器(図示せず)に着脱可能に取り付けることができる。充電器に取り付けられると、電池パック2は、充電器から電力を供給される。なお、以下の説明では、電池パック2に関して、電動工具4や充電器に取り付けられた時に、電池パック2から見て電動工具4や充電器が位置する方向を上方といい、その反対方向を下方という。また、電池パック2に関して、電動工具4や充電器に取り付けられる時に、電池パック2をスライドさせる方向を後方といい、電動工具4や充電器から取り外される時に、電池パック2をスライドさせる方向を前方という。すなわち、以下の説明において、前後方向は、電池パック2を電動工具4または充電器に対してスライドさせるスライド方向に相当する。

Claims (8)
- 平板状の機器側端子を備える機器に対して、前記機器側端子に沿ったスライド方向にスライドさせることで着脱可能な電池パックであって、
前記機器側端子と係合して電気的に導通する電池側端子を備えており、
前記電池側端子は、前記電池パックが前記機器に取り付けられたときに、前記機器側端子を受け入れて、前記機器側端子を両側から挟持するように構成された弾性挟持片対を備えており、
前記弾性挟持片対が、前記スライド方向に直交する方向に伸びている、電池パック。 - 前記弾性挟持片対の前記機器側端子を受け入れる側の端部に、差し込み案内部が形成されている、請求項1の電池パック。
- 前記差し込み案内部が、前記弾性挟持片対の端部から伸びる差し込み案内リブである、請求項2の電池パック。
- 前記差し込み案内部が、前記弾性挟持片対の端部を切り欠いた差し込み案内窪みである、請求項2の電池パック。
- 前記弾性挟持片対の前記機器側端子を受け入れる側の反対側の端部に、抜き出し案内部が形成されている、請求項1の電池パック。
- 前記抜き出し案内部が、前記弾性挟持片対の端部から伸びる抜き出し案内リブである、請求項5の電池パック。
- 前記弾性挟持片対が、スリットによって分割された複数の弾性挟持片対を備えている、請求項1の電池パック。
- 少なくとも1つの前記弾性挟持片対の、前記機器側端子を受け入れる側の反対側の端部に、前記弾性挟持片対の端部から伸びる抜き出し案内リブが形成されており、
前記少なくとも1つの前記弾性挟持片対に前記機器側端子を受け入れる側の反対側で隣接する前記弾性挟持片対の、前記機器側端子を受け入れる側の端部に、前記機器側端子の端部を切り欠いた差し込み案内窪みが形成されており、
前記電池パックを前記機器に取り付ける際に最初に前記機器側端子を受け入れる前記弾性挟持片対の、前記機器側端子を受け入れる側の端部に、前記機器側端子の端部から伸びる差し込み案内リブが形成されている、請求項7の電池パック。
