Claims (20)
- タッチ表面に対するタッチの圧力検出が可能なタッチ入力装置であって、
ディスプレイパネルと、
前記ディスプレイパネルの下部に配置された電極と、
を含み、
前記タッチ表面に圧力が印加されると、前記電極と基準電位層との間の距離が変わることができ、
前記距離変化に伴い前記電極で検出される静電容量が変化し、
前記ディスプレイパネルは、第1領域と第2領域とを含み、
前記距離変化が同一の条件において、前記第1領域の下部に配置された電極で検出される静電容量の変化量よりも前記第2領域の下部に配置された前記電極で検出される静電容量の変化量がさらに大きい、タッチ入力装置。 - 前記電極は、少なくとも一つ以上の単一電極を含み、前記タッチ表面に圧力が印加されるにつれ、前記単一電極の自己静電容量が変わる、請求項1に記載のタッチ入力装置。
- 前記電極は、少なくとも一対以上の第1電極と第2電極とを含み、前記タッチ表面に圧力が印加されるにつれ、前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間の相互静電容量が変わる、請求項1に記載のタッチ入力装置。
- 前記第1電極及び前記第2電極が前記ディスプレイパネルと離隔した基板上に形成されるか、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極が前記ディスプレイパネル上に形成されるか、又は前記第1電極と前記第2電極のいずれか一つは前記基板上に形成され、残りの一つは前記ディスプレイパネル上に形成される、請求項3に記載のタッチ入力装置。
- 前記第1領域の下部に配置された電極の幅が、前記第2領域の下部に配置された電極の幅より小さい、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のタッチ入力装置。
- 前記第1領域の下部に配置された電極の隣接した電極との距離が、前記第2領域の下部に配置された電極の隣接した電極との距離より大きい、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のタッチ入力装置。
- 前記第1領域の下部に配置された電極と前記基準電位層との間の距離が、前記第2領域の下部に配置された電極と前記基準電位層との間の距離より大きい、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のタッチ入力装置。
- 前記第1領域の下部に配置された電極を形成する物質の組成が、前記第2領域の下部に配置された電極を形成する物質の組成と異なる、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のタッチ入力装置。
- 前記電極は、電極シートの形態で形成され、
前記電極シートは、第1絶縁層と第2絶縁層とを含み、
前記第1絶縁層と前記第2絶縁層のうちの少なくとも一つは、ポリイミド(polyimide)、ペット(Polyethylene Terephthalate)のうちの一つで構成される、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のタッチ入力装置。 - 前記電極は、銅、アルミニウム、銀のうちの少なくとも一つで構成される、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のタッチ入力装置。
- 第1絶縁層と第2絶縁層、及び
前記第1絶縁層と前記第2絶縁層との間に位置する電極を含む電極シートであって、
前記電極シートと離隔して位置する基準電位層と前記電極シートとの間の相対的な距離変化により、前記電極で検出される静電容量が変化し、
前記電極シートは、第1領域と第2領域を含み、
前記距離変化が同一の条件において、前記第1領域に配置された前記電極で検出される静電容量の変化量よりも前記第2領域に配置された前記電極で検出される静電容量の変化量がさらに大きいように構成された、
電極シート。 - 前記電極は、少なくとも一つ以上の単一電極を含み、前記距離変化によって前記単一電極の自己静電容量が変わる、請求項11に記載の電極シート。
- 前記電極は、少なくとも一対以上の第1電極と第2電極とを含み、前記距離変化によって前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間の相互静電容量が変わる、請求項11に記載の電極シート。
- 前記電極シートは、基板及びディスプレイパネルを含むタッチ入力装置に付着されるが、
前記電極シートは、基板上に形成されるか、又は前記ディスプレイパネル上に形成される、請求項11ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の電極シート。 - 前記第1領域に配置された電極の幅が、前記第2領域に配置された電極の幅よりも小さいように構成された、請求項11ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の電極シート。
- 前記第1領域に配置された電極の隣接した電極との距離が、前記第2領域に配置された電極の隣接した電極との距離よりも大きいように構成された、請求項11ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の電極シート。
- 前記第1領域に配置された電極と前記基準電位層との間の距離が、前記第2領域に配置された電極と前記基準電位層との間の距離よりも大きいように構成された、請求項11ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の電極シート。
- 前記第1領域に配置された電極を形成する物質の組成が、前記第2領域に配置された電極を形成する物質の組成と異なるように構成された、請求項11ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の電極シート。
- 前記電極は、銅、アルミニウム、銀のうちの少なくとも一つから構成される、請求項11ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の電極シート。
- 前記基準電位層は、前記電極シートが付着する前記基板又は前記ディスプレイパネルである、請求項14に記載の電極シート。
