Abstract
Description
・内側部材及び外側部材の一方又は両方を含んでも含まなくてもよい一対又は複数対の部材を備え、各対は、共通軸を有する第1の部材及び第2の環状部材であり、共通の第1の中心を軸上に有し、
・第1の部材は、外側凸状球形周辺部を有し、
・第2の環状部材は、第1の環状部材の外側凸状周辺部が中に受け入れられる内側球形凹状周辺部を有し、
・外側凸状周辺部及び内側凹状周辺部は、第1の中心を中心として同心で、互いに補完形であり、互いに一緒に作用して、外側凸状周辺部と内側凹状周辺部との間のねじり軸に沿って作用する軸方向荷重を伝達し、
・直径方向に対向する一対の心棒は、第1の部材及び第2の部材を結合する対の部材の共通中心の径方向に配設され、互いに対するねじり荷重を伝達し、第1の環状部材及び第2の環状部材は、心棒(複数可)によって、心棒(複数可)周りで互いに対し強制的に回転可能にされる。
・図2の構成では、一対の部材の各部材は、整合する場合に共通平面で平行な側部を有する球形区分を備える。
・図4の構成では、各部材は、整合する場合に共通平面で平行な側部を有する球形区分を備える。
・図6の構成では、第1の対の部材(601、602)はそれぞれ、整合する場合に共通平面で平行な側部を有する球形区分を備え、第3の対の部材(603、604)及び第4の対の部材(604、605)はそれぞれ、整合する場合に共通平面で平行な側部を有する球形区分を備える。とはいえ、このことは、第2の対の部材(602、603)には適用されない。
Claims (15)
- 内側部材及び外側部材の一方又は両方を含んでも含まなくてもよい一対又は複数対の部材を備える、内側部材及び外側環状部材を備える継手であって、前記各対は、共通軸(A1)を有する第1の環状部材及び第2の環状部材であり、共通の第1の中心(C)を前記軸上に有し、前記第1の部材は、外側凸状球形周辺部(S1)を有し、前記第2の環状部材は、前記第1の環状部材の前記外側凸状周辺部が中に受け入れられる内側球形凹状周辺部(S21)を有し、前記外側凸状周辺部及び前記内側凹状周辺部は、前記第1の中心(C)を中心として同心で、互いに補完形であり、互いに一緒に作用して前記外側凸状周辺部と前記内側凹状周辺部との間のねじり軸(A1)に沿って作用する軸方向荷重を伝達し、直径方向に対向する一対の心棒(X)は、前記共通の第1の中心の径方向に配設され、部材の一方から他方にねじり荷重を伝達し、前記第1の部材及び前記第2の部材は、前記心棒(複数可)によって、前記心棒(複数可)周りで互いに対し強制的に回転可能である、継手。
- 前記外側部材以外の前記部材は、共通中心(C、C2)を含む球形区分を備える、請求項1に記載の継手。
- 前記凸状球形面(S1)及び前記凹状球形面(S21)は、連続し、前記継手の径方向荷重及び前記ねじり軸(A1)に沿って作用する荷重を支持する、請求項1又は2に記載の継手。
- 前記凸状球形面と前記凹状球形面との間、及び/又は前記心棒(複数可)(X)周囲に、転動体軸受け(100、102)を更に備える、請求項1から3のうちいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 一対の部材の第2の環状部材(202、402、403、602、603、604、605)は、一対の部材の第1の部材(201、401、402、601、602、603、604)を前記継手内に保持する、請求項1から4のうちいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記一対の部材の第2の環状部材は、直径方向に対向する一対の荷重溝穴(L1、L2)を有し、前記荷重溝穴(L1、L2)によって、前記対の部材の第1の部材は、前記継手に挿入され、中に保持することができる、請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 最内部材(401)、中間部材(402)及び最外部材(403)を備え、前記最内部材(401)及び前記中間部材(402)は、第1の対の部材を構成し、前記中間部材(402)及び前記最外部材(403)は、第2の対の部材を構成し、前記第2の対の部材(402、403)を結合する心棒(複数可)(X2、X21)は、前記第1の対の部材(401、402)を結合する心棒(複数可)(X1、X11)に直交し、前記第2の対の部材は、前記第1の対の部材とは無関係に、互いに回転可能である、請求項1から6のうちいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 第1の中間部材(602)、第2の中間部材(603)及び第3の中間部材(604)を有し、前記内側部材(601)及び前記第1の中間部材(602)は、一対の部材を形成し、前記第1の中間部材(602)及び前記第2の中間部材(603)は、第2の対の部材であり、前記第2の部材(603)及び前記第3の中間部材(604)は、第3の対の部材であり、前記第3の中間部材(604)及び最外部材(605)は、第4の対の部材である、請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記第3の対の部材の場合、前記第3の対の部材の心棒(X3、M31)を含む平面は、前記第1の対の部材の心棒(X1、X11)を含む平面に直交し、前記第2の対の部材の心棒(X2、X21)を含む平面と一致する、請求項8に記載の継手。
- 前記第2の中間部材(603)の前記凸状外側面は、外側周辺部(S32)を有し、外側周辺部(S32)は、部材が整合する場合に前記共通軸(A1)の方向で前記第1の共通中心(C)からずれた第2の共通中心(C2)を中心として凸状球形である、請求項8又は9に記載の継手。
- 前記第3の中間部材(603)は、前記第2の共通中心を中心とする外側凸状周辺部(S32)、及び前記第1の共通中心(C)を中心とする内側凹状周辺部を有する、請求項8から10のうちいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記第4の対の部材を連結する心棒(複数可)(X4、X41)は、前記第3の対の部材を連結する前記心棒(複数可)(X3、X31)に平行であり、前記第4の対の部材(604、605)は、前記第1の対の部材、前記第2の対の部材及び前記第3の対の部材とは無関係の方向で、前記第2の共通中心周りで互いに対して回転可能である、請求項8から11のうちいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 連結構造体(66、67)によって連結された、請求項1から12のうちいずれか一項に記載の2つの継手を備え、前記連結構造体は、前記各継手の最外部材を結合するか、又は一方の前記継手の最外部材を他方の前記継手の最内部材に結合し、更に、任意で、前記継手のうち一方が、前記連結構造体に対し軸方向で自由に移動可能であるか又は移動可能ではない、継手構成。
- 前記心棒(複数可)は、前記一対の部材の各部材の間に径方向荷重及び軸方向荷重を伝達しない、請求項1から13のうちいずれか一項に記載の継手又は継手構成。
- 前記最内部材及び前記最外部材のうち1つは、前記ねじり軸周りの回転に対し固定される、請求項1から14のうちいずれか一項に記載の継手。
