Claims (20)
- コンピューター制御された装置による対象物の製造方法であって、
以下の工程を含む対象物の製造方法:
上記装置を動かし、第一の概念的な面上に第一のビードを製造する工程;および
上記装置を動かし、上記第一の概念的な面と交差する第二の概念的な面上に、第二のビードを製造する工程であって、上記第二のビードの少なくとも一部は、上記第一のビードの少なくとも一部に接し、上記第一のビードの少なくとも一部に対して、1〜179°の間の角度になるように配置されている工程。 - 上記第二のビードを製造する工程は、上記第一の概念的な面に対し概ね垂直に配置された、上記第二の概念的な面上で、上記第二のビードを製造することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対象物の製造方法。
- 上記第一のビードを製造する工程、および上記第二のビードを製造する工程のうちの少なくとも一方は、カーブしたそれぞれの上記概念的な面と、カーブしたそれぞれの上記概念的な面上で製造されたそれぞれの上記ビードとをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対象物の製造方法。
- 上記第一のビードを製造する工程、および上記第二のビードを製造する工程の少なくとも一方は、三次元表面であるそれぞれの上記概念的な面と、それぞれの上記三次元表面上で製造されたそれぞれの上記ビードとをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対象物の製造方法。
- 上記第一のビードを製造する工程、および上記第二のビードを製造する工程は、選択的に材料を堆積することより上記ビードのそれぞれを形成することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対象物の製造方法。
- 上記選択的に材料を堆積する工程は、上記材料に強化繊維を選択的に追加することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の対象物の製造方法。
- コンピューター制御された装置による対象物の製造方法であって、
以下の工程を含む対象物の製造方法:
上記装置を動かし、第一の非平面の層を形成するように少なくとも1つの第一のビードを製造する工程;および
上記装置を動かし、第二の非平面層を形成するように少なくとも1つの第二のビードを製造する工程であって、上記少なくとも1つの第二のビードの少なくとも一部は、上記少なくとも1つの第一のビードの少なくとも一部に接し、上記少なくとも1つの第一のビードの少なくとも一部に対して、1〜179°の間の角度になるように配置されている工程。 - 上記少なくとも1つの第一のビードを製造する工程、および上記少なくとも1つの第二のビードを製造する工程のうちの少なくとも一方は、上記少なくとも1つのそれぞれのビードを、自立性材料から製造することにより、上記少なくとも1つのそれぞれのビードが三次元構造を維持することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の対象物の製造方法。
- 上記少なくとも1つの第一のビードを製造する工程は、複数の第一のビードを製造することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の対象物の製造方法。
- 上記複数の第一のビードを製造する工程は、上記第一のビードの少なくともいくつかを、隣接する第一のビードに概ね並行に製造することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の対象物の製造方法。

- 上記複数の第二のカーブしたビードを製造する工程は、一つもしくは複数の第二のカーブしたビードの少なくとも一部を、隣接する第二のカーブしたビードに対して非並行に製造することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の対象物の製造方法。
- 上記複数の第二のカーブしたビードを製造する工程は、一つもしくは複数の第二のカーブしたビードの少なくとも一部を、隣接する第二のカーブしたビードから間隔を空けるように製造することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の対象物の製造方法。
