Claims (14)
- インペラー(2)と、
前記インペラー(2)を流れる気体が入口に入る増圧通路(31)、を含むディフューザー(3)と、
前記ディフューザー(3)で増圧された気体を集めるためのボリュート(8)と、
前記ボリュート(8)に連通し、延出方向が水平面に対して下向き傾斜する排気ディフューザーダクト(9)と、を備える
ことを特徴とする遠心式圧縮機。 - 前記排気ディフューザーダクト(9)の延出方向と水平面との間の角度をAとすると、15°≦A≦90°である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 外部から冷媒を取り入れるための冷媒通路(4)であって、前記増圧通路(31)の入口端に設けられる液体噴出孔(41)を含む冷媒通路(4)、をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 前記液体噴出孔(41)の液体噴出方向が前記増圧通路(31)における気体の流動方向に直交する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 駆動モータと、
ギアボックス(5)と、
前記ギアボックス(5)に取り付けられ、一端が前記インペラー(2)に連結される主軸(6)と、
前記主軸(6)に取り付けられる第1ギア(7)と、
前記ギアボックス(5)に取り付けられながら、前記駆動モータに連結される駆動軸と、
前記駆動軸に取り付けられながら、前記第1ギア(7)と噛み合って設けられる第2ギアと、
潤滑油が前記ギアボックス(5)の下部キャビティ内に収容される潤滑システムと、をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうち何れか一項に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 前記主軸(6)及び/又は前記駆動軸を前記ギアボックス(5)に取り付けるための3円弧軸受、をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 前記冷媒通路(4)は、前記ギアボックス(5)の側壁内に開設され、前記液体噴出孔(41)に連通する第1導流孔(42)を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 前記ディフューザー(3)は、
前記ギアボックス(5)の側壁の外側に当接する円環形状の基板と、前記基板における前記ギアボックス(5)の側壁に背く面の上に垂直に設けられる複数の導流板と、を含む第1仕切り板(32)と、
前記第1仕切り板(32)と平行に設けられる第2仕切り板(33)と、をさらに含み、
前記複数の導流板が前記基板の周方向に沿って均一に設けられ、隣り合う2つの前記導流板により前記増圧通路(31)を形成し、
前記冷媒通路(4)は、複数の前記増圧通路(31)に対応して設けられる複数の液体噴出孔(41)を含み、前記増圧通路(31)のそれぞれに少なくとも1つの前記液体噴出孔(41)が対応する
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 前記冷媒通路(4)は、前記液体噴出孔(41)と前記第1導流孔(42)とを連通するための第2導流孔(43)であって、前記基板の内部より前記ギアボックス(5)の側壁へ延びる第1孔部(431)と、前記液体噴出孔(41)と前記第1孔部(431)とを連通するための第2孔部(432)とを含む第2導流孔(43)、をさらに含み、
前記冷媒通路(4)は、前記ギアボックス(5)の側壁の外側に開設されるか、前記第1仕切り板(32)における前記ギアボックス(5)の側壁の外側に当接する面の上に開設される長溝であって、複数の前記第2孔部(432)を連通するための長溝をさらに含み、前記長溝が前記第1導流孔(42)に連通する
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 前記ギアボックス(5)を形成する箱壁のうち少なくとも一部の箱壁が2層壁である
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 前記2層壁は、内層防音壁(51)と、前記内層防音壁(51)の外側に対して間隔を置いて設けられる外層防音壁(52)とを含み、
前記外層防音壁(52)の厚みをDとし、前記内層防音壁(51)の厚みをHとすると、D>Hである
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - D>H+5mmである
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 20mm>D>30mmで、15mm>H>25mmである
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の遠心式圧縮機。 - 請求項1乃至13のうち何れか一項に記載の遠心式圧縮機を備える
ことを特徴とするウォーターチリングユニット。
