Description
Claims (8)
- 部品を構造支持部材(M)の表面に固定するために使用される拡張アンカ装置の設置方法であって、
前記装置は、拡張可能なスリーブ(1)と、拡張体(9)と、を有しており、
前記拡張可能なスリーブ(1)は、基端(2)と先端(3)とを有するとともに、主として縦軸(X−X)に沿って延び、前記構造部材(M)に形成された穴(F)であって、それにアンカが嵌め込まれるように設計された穴(F)の中に設置され、
前記スリーブ(1)は、少なくとも1対の凹状のハーフスリーブ(5、6)を対向する状態で結合することにより画定される軸方向の空洞(4)を有し、
前記ハーフスリーブ(5、6)は、その中にそれぞれの平坦摺動面(7、8)を有し、
前記ハーフスリーブの前記平坦摺動面(7、8)は、前記空洞(4)の前記軸(X−X)に向かって、前記拡張可能スリーブ(1)の前記基端(2)の方向に収束し、
前記拡張体(9)は、前記スリーブの前記軸方向の空洞(4)の中に設置されており、雌ねじ穴(10)と、前記拡張体が前記スリーブの前記空洞(4)の前記平坦摺動面(7、8)に沿って軸方向に移動できるが、前記軸(X−X)の周りを回転できないようにする輪郭形状(11、12)と、を有しており、
前記穴が前記支持部材に形成され、前記アンカ装置が前記穴の中に設置されると、前記スリーブの前記空洞(4)内での前記拡張体(9)の前記移動によって、前記構造支持部材(M)の最大抵抗方向に沿って前記スリーブが拡張する、前記スリーブを方向付けるステップが実行されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記スリーブ(1)を方向付けるステップの後に、前記スリーブ(1)にプレロードを加えて、前記スリーブを事前に拡張させ、前記穴(F)の中で前記スリーブの方向付けられた位置を安定させるステップを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記装置の前記拡張可能スリーブ(1)により実現された前記方向付けを安定させる前記ステップの後に、前記アンカ装置は、前記構造支持部材(M)の前記穴(F)の中に最終的に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の拡張可能なアンカ装置の設置方法を実行するための器具において、
円筒形ブッシュ(26)であって、
軸方向の貫通穴(27)と、
前記ブッシュの端(29)に設けられ、前記アンカ装置の前記スリーブ(1)に面する前方連結手段(28)であって、前記アンカ装置の前記スリーブ(1)の前記基端(2)に設置された前方相手方連結手段(30)と係合するように構成された前方連結手段(28)と、を有する円筒形ブッシュ(26)と、
前記ブッシュ(26)に接続されるハンドル(31)と、を備えることを特徴とする器具。 - 前記前方連結手段(28)および相手方連結手段(30)は押込み固定型であり、
前記前方連結手段(28)および相手方連結手段(30)はスリーブ(1)が前記穴(F)の中で拡張する方向を示すように、前記ブッシュ(26)と前記拡張可能スリーブ(1)上に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の器具。 - ドライブヘッド(37)を有するロッド状要素(34)であって、前記ブッシュ(26)の前記軸方向の穴(27)を通るように延び、前記ロッド状要素(34)のねじ部分(35)により、前記アンカ装置の前記拡張可能スリーブ(1)の中で摺動するようになされた前記拡張体(9)の前記雌ねじ穴(10)と係合するようになされたロッド状要素(34)を備えており、
前記ロッド状部材(34)は、さらに、前記ドライブヘッド(37)近傍に配置された所定の軸方向の長さの円筒部(36)を有しており、
前記円筒形部分(36)の直径寸法は、前記ブッシュ(26)の前記軸方向の貫通穴(27)よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の器具。 - 前記アンカ装置を最終的にロックする前に、前記スリーブ(1)を前記穴の中において前記スリーブ(1)の方向付けられた位置に安定させることができるように、前記ロッド状要素(35)の前記ドライブヘッド(37)近傍に設けられた前記円筒部(36)の前記軸方向の範囲は、前記スリーブ(1)の前記軸方向の空洞(4)の中で前記ロッド状要素の前記ねじ部分(35)を締めることによって前記拡張体(9)が前記軸方向に移動する長さに実質的に相当することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の器具。
- 前記スリーブ(1)を形成する前記ハーフスリーブ(5、6)は、前記穴(F)の中に収容されるように設計された前記先端(3)において、前記スリーブの前記空洞(4)の前記長手方向軸(X−X)を横切るリブ(22、23)を有し、
前記リブ(22、23)は、前記空洞(4)を半径方向に狭め、かつ、前記拡張体(9)のための軸方向の肩部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項4〜7の何れか一項に記載の器具。
