Abstract
Description
本出願は、その内容全体が参照により本明細書に援用される2013年10月25日に出願された米国特許出願第14/063,542号の優先権を主張するものである。
本発明は、熱分解ガソリンを処理するための方法全般に関し、より詳細には、熱分解ガソリンを処理して、ベンゼン、トルエン、およびキシレン異性体を除去するための下流処理(一般的には、BTX処理と称される)の前に、ジエンおよびオレフィンを除去するための方法に関する。
(1)第一ステージ反応器は、好ましくは、ステージ間冷却を有する2つの触媒床を含む。
(2)すべての新しいフィード流および再循環流は、好ましくは、第一ステージ反応器の第一床に提供される。
(3)水素は、好ましくは、第一ステージ反応器の第一および第二床に分割される。
(4)冷却器が、好ましくは、第一ステージ反応器の触媒床間に提供され、それによって、ジオレフィンのオレフィンに対する選択性を高めるために、反応器出口部温度が最小に抑えられる。
(5)反応器排出流は、好ましくは、温度上昇制御のために再循環される。

Claims (10)
- 第一床[18A]および第二床[18B]を有する第一ステージジオレフィン反応器[18]を提供すること、
前記第一ステージジオレフィン反応器[18]の前記第一床[18A]に、熱分解ガソリン流[10]を導入すること、
前記第一ステージジオレフィン反応器[18]の前記第一床と第二床[18A、18B]との間の前記熱分解ガソリン流にステージ間冷却[19]を提供すること;
前記冷却された熱分解ガソリン流を、前記第一ステージジオレフィン反応器[18]の前記第二床を通して送ること、及び
前記第一ステージジオレフィン反応器[18]の前記第二床[18B]からの排出流[22、26]の少なくとも一部を、前記排出流[22、26]が前記熱分解ガソリン流[10]と混合されるよう構成されるように、前記第一ステージジオレフィン反応器[18]の前記第一床[18A]の上流位置に送ること、
を含む、熱分解ガソリンを処理するための方法。 - さらに、
水素流を、第一水素流[16A]および第二水素流[16B]に分割すること;
前記第一水素流[16A]を、前記第一ステージジオレフィン反応器[18]の前記第一床[18A]に送ること、及び
前記第二水素流[16B]を、前記第一ステージジオレフィン反応器[18]の前記第一床[18A]を通して送ることなく、前記第二水素流[16B]を、前記第一ステージジオレフィン反応器[18]の前記第二床[18B]に送ること、
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第二水素流[16B]を前記第一ステージジオレフィン反応器[18]の前記第二床[18B]に送ることが、前記第一ステージジオレフィン反応器[18]の前記第一床と第二床[18A、18B]との間の前記熱分解ガソリン流にステージ間冷却[19]を提供する工程の上流で実施される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- さらに、
前記第一ステージジオレフィン反応器[18A]の前記第二床[18B]からの前記排出流[22、28]の少なくとも一部に対して分留プロセス[20]を実施すること、
前記分留プロセス[20]を実施した後、得られた流れ[42]を、第一の得られた流れ[44A]および第二の得られた流れ[44B]に分割すること、及び
前記第一の得られた流れ[44A、45]を、第二ステージ水素処理反応器[46]の第一部分に送り、前記第二の得られた流れ[44B]を、前記第二ステージ水素処理反応器[46]の第二部分に送ること、
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記分留プロセス[20]が、前記得られた流れ[42]を第一の得られた流れ[44A]および第二の得られた流れ[44B]に分割する工程の前に実施される以下の工程、
前記分留プロセスが実施されている前記排出流[22、28]の部分を、脱ペンタン塔[30]を通して送る工程、及び
前記脱ペンタン塔[30]からの得られた液体流[36]を、再蒸留塔[38]に送る工程、
を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記分留プロセス[20]が、前記得られた流れ[42]を第一の得られた流れ[44A]および第二の得られた流れ[44B]に分割する工程の前に実施される以下の工程、
前記分留プロセス[20]が実施されている前記排出流[22、28]の部分を、第一ステージ排出流タンク[24]に送る工程、
前記第一ステージ排出流タンク[24]からの得られた流れ[28]を、脱ペンタン塔[30]に送る工程、及び
前記脱ペンタン塔[30]からの得られた液体流[36]を、再蒸留塔[38]に送る工程、
を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - さらに、
前記第二ステージ水素処理反応器[46]からの液相排出流[48]を、分離器[50]に送ること、
前記分離器[50]からの液相排出流[52]を、ストリッパー[58]に送ること、及び
C6からC9炭化水素を含む得られた流れ[62]を、前記ストリッパー[58]から得ること、
を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記第一ステージジオレフィン反応器[18]の前記第二床[18B]からの前記排出流[22、28]の少なくとも一部に対して分留プロセス[20]を実施することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分留プロセス[20]を実施した後、得られた流れ[42]を、第二ステージ水素処理反応器[46]に送ることをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- さらに、
前記分留プロセス[20]を実施した後に、得られた気相流[42]を、第一の得られた気相流[44A]および第二の得られた気相流[44B]に分割すること、
前記第一の得られた気相流[44A]を、第二ステージ水素処理反応器[46]の第一部分に送り、前記第二の得られた気相流[44B]を、前記第二ステージ水素処理反応器[46]の第二部分に送ること、及び
前記第二ステージ水素処理反応器[46]からのすべての排出流[48]が液相であるような条件下で、前記第二ステージ水素処理反応器[46]内で反応を実施すること、
を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
