Claims (5)

前記可溶イオンが、水溶性アルカリ土類種、アンモニア、リン酸塩、硫酸塩、ナトリウム、有機酸、ハロゲン化物、及びこれらの組合せの内のいずれかを含み、
前記無機酸化物組成が、チタニア、水酸化チタン、ゼオライト、及びこれらの組合せの内の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のセラミック生地体。 - 915MHzにおける比誘電損失が25より小さい湿潤バルク材料、及び915MHzにおける比誘電損失が25・CFA(25×前面閉鎖面積分率)より小さい湿潤セラミック生地体をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載のセラミック生地体。
- 前記湿潤セラミック生地体において0.6・CFA(前面閉鎖面積分率)より小さい915MHzにおける誘電正接をさらに有し、ここで前記誘電正接(tanδ)は、軸方向において、tanδ=ε"/ε'、比誘電定数に対する比誘電損失の比である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック生地体。
- セラミック生地体の作製方法において、
感温ゲル化セルロースエーテル及び、50〜98.9重量%の無機酸化物組成を含む、無機セラミック形成成分を液体ビヒクルと混合して、前駆体バッチを形成する工程、
前記前駆体バッチを、複数本のチャネルを有する構造体に成形して、0.75モルより低い可溶イオン濃度を有する湿潤セラミック生地体を形成する工程、及び
前記湿潤セラミック生地体を乾燥して、セラミック生地体を形成する工程、
を有してなる方法。
