Claims (13)
- 移植物の導入外管であって、
導入外管(10)は近端部側から遠端部側に向かう順に、屈曲段(102,102a〜102e)、補強段(101,101a〜101e)と造影補強リング(104a〜104e)を有し、
前記補強段(101,101a〜101e)の強度が前記屈曲段(102,102a〜102e)の強度より高い、
ことを特徴とする移植物の導入外管。 - 前記補強段(101a)は高分子材料により形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植物の導入外管。 - 前記補強段(101b,101c)は高分子チューブ及び前記高分子チューブの上に設置される補強型材料編組層により形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植物の導入外管。 - 前記補強型材料編組層は、金属フィラメント又は高分子フィラメント編組層であり、且つ前記補強型材料編組層は、コイル編組構造又はブレード編組構造を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の移植物の導入外管。 - 前記補強段(101d)は金属管であり、前記金属管が切口溝(107)を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植物の導入外管。 - 前記補強段(101e)は高分子チューブ及び複数の補強リング(105)により形成され、前記複数の補強リング(105)が前記高分子チューブの上に互いに間隔を空けて設置され、且つ前記複数の補強リング(105)が、強度が高分子チューブの強度より高い金属又は高分子材料により構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植物の導入外管。 - 前記屈曲段(102,102a〜102e)は高分子材料により形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の移植物の導入外管。 - 前記補強段(101,101a〜101e)と前記屈曲段(102,102a〜102e)は一体に形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の移植物の導入外管。 - 前記補強段(101,101a〜101e)は接続点(103a,103d)によりホットメルティンググレード或いは接着剤の方法を採用し、前記屈曲段(102,102a〜102e)と連結される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の移植物の導入外管。 - 前記導入外管(10)の補強段(101,101a〜101e)と屈曲段(102,102a〜102e)の内腔は、平滑な内壁を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の移植物の導入外管。 - 前記導入外管(10)の補強段(101,101a〜101e)と屈曲段(102,102a〜102e)の内腔は、摩擦力を低減する材料により形成される内層を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の移植物の導入外管。 - 前記摩擦力を低減する材料は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、又はポリエチレン・テレフタラートである、
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の移植物の導入外管。 - 請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の移植物の導入外管(10)を有する移植物デリバリーシステムであって、
前記移植物デリバリーシステムは近端部側から遠端部側に向かう順に、操作ハンドル(2)とカテーテル(1)を有し、
前記カテーテル(1)が押込外管(20)、導入外管(10)、及び、内管(30)を有し、
前記導入外管(10)と前記押込外管(20)が連結され、前記内管(30)の近端部側と前記操作ハンドル(2)が固定的に接続され、
前記導入外管(10)と前記押込外管(20)が前記内管(30)の外周を囲むように設けられ、
前記押込外管(20)と前記操作ハンドル(2)の制御機構が結合され、
前記制御機構により、前記押込外管(20)と前記導入外管(10)の進行及び後退が制御される、
ことを特徴とする移植物のデリバリーシステム。
