Claims (3)
- 高粘度純キトサンの紡糸液の複合式気泡抜き方法であって、
紡糸液を溶解釜でその粘度が450000〜500000mpa・sに達するまでに十分に溶解させるステップ1と、
ステップ1の紡糸液を、圧縮ガスを動力として、溶解釜からフィルターより気泡抜き釜に搬送するステップと、
気泡抜き釜の中に、真空を作って且つ気泡抜き釜内の圧力を持続的に500pa〜3000paに保持する条件で、ステップ2の紡糸液を、分離、膜剥ぎ、引き上げ、剪断を一体にする複合式気泡抜き方法により連続的に処理するステップ3と、
ステップ3で処理された紡糸液に対しては、サンプリング口で気泡抜き程度の検測を行い、検測して合格になると、気泡抜き過程を完成し、不合格となると、ステップ3を検測して合格になるまで重複して、気泡抜き過程を完成するステップ4と、を備え、
前記ステップ3は具体的に
a)高圧分離剪断:ステップ2において上記圧縮ガスを動力として気泡抜き釜の供給口に搬送される紡糸液は、環状供給管道の底部に散在する出液細孔を通過して押し出されること、
b) 膜剥ぎ剪断:上記(a)ステップにおいて押し出された紡糸液は、傘状散流板に滴下し傘状散流板の内縁から傘状散流板の外縁に流れ、傘状散流板の外縁に流れる時に、気泡抜き釜の底部に流下することと、
c) 引き上げ分離剪断、膜剥ぎ剪断:上記(b)ステップにおいて気泡抜き釜の底部に流下した紡糸液は、プロペラ付けの攪拌軸により内筒体の上部に引き上げられてから、出液細孔により分離して傘状散流板に滴下してから、傘状散流板に沿って気泡抜き釜の底部に流下するとこと、
上記c)ステップを繰り返して行うことと、を備え、
前記ステップ3のa、b、cは前記気泡抜き釜で完成されることを特徴とする高粘度純キトサンの紡糸液の複合式気泡抜き方法。 - ステップ2では、紡糸液は、0.8Mpa〜1.2Mpaの圧縮ガスを動力として、溶解釜から、二段フィルターにより濾過して、気泡抜き釜の供給口に搬送されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高粘度純キトサンの紡糸液の複合式気泡抜き方法。
- ステップ3では、前記プロペラ付けの攪拌軸は60−90回/分の回転数で、気泡抜き釜の底部の紡糸液を傘状散流板に引き上げることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高粘度純キトサンの紡糸液の複合式気泡抜き方法。
