Abstract
Description
−筐体と、
−コアであって、該コアと筐体との間に流体のためのガイド回路を画定するように筐体の内側に配置されるコアとを備え、
サーマルモジュールのコアが、流体を加熱するための少なくとも1つの電気手段を、電気加熱手段とガイド回路内を流れることができる流体との間の熱伝達を可能にするべく備えることを特徴とする電気装置に関する。
−2つのサーマルモジュールのコアを加熱するための電気手段が共通の制御手段に電気的に接続される;
−制御手段が少なくとも1つのコアの一方の端部と対向して配置される;
−筐体は、対応するコアを受けるための少なくとも2つの座部を有する単一ブロックの形態を成して形成される、のうちの1つ以上を備えてもよい。
Claims (10)
- 自動車両用の流体を熱的に調節するための電気装置(1)であって、前記装置(1)が少なくとも2つのサーマルモジュール(3a,3b)を備え、該サーマルモジュールが、これらの2つのサーマルモジュール(3a,3b)内で共通の方向の流体の平行な流れを得るように配置され、前記サーマルモジュール(3a,3b)が、
−筐体(13a,13b)と、
−コア(11a,11b)であって、該コア(11a,11b)と前記筐体(13a,13b)との間に流体のためのガイド回路(15a,15b)を画定するように前記筐体(13a,13b)の内側に配置されるコア(11a,11b)と、
を備える電気装置(1)において、
サーマルモジュール(3a,3b)の前記コア(11a,11b)は、流体を加熱するための少なくとも1つの電気手段(17)を、前記電気加熱手段(17)と前記ガイド回路(15a,15b)内を流れることができる流体との間の熱伝達を可能にするべく備えることを特徴とする電気装置(1)。 - 前記コア(11a,11b)は、セラミック材料などの電気的に絶縁する熱伝導材料から形成される前記電気加熱手段(17)のための支持体(19)を備える請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電気加熱手段(17)が少なくとも1つの抵抗トラックを備え、前記コア(11a,11b)は、前記抵抗トラック上に配置されてセラミック材料などの電気的に絶縁する熱伝導材料から形成される保護膜を備える請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記保護膜は、前記電気加熱手段(17)のための前記支持体(19)と同じ材料から形成される請求項2又は請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記コア(11a,11b)は、関連する前記電気加熱手段(17)を制御するための手段(5)に接続され得るとともに対応する前記コア(11a,11b)の前記支持体(19)の材料上にオーバーモールドされる2つの端子(25)をそれぞれ有する請求項2に記載の装置。
- 2つの前記サーマルモジュール(3a,3b)の前記コア(11a,11b)を加熱するための前記電気手段(17)が共通の制御手段(5)に電気的に接続される請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御手段(5)は、少なくとも1つの前記コア(11a,11b)の一方の端部と対向して配置される請求項5又は請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記筐体(13a,13b)は、対応するコア(11a,11b)を受けるための少なくとも2つの座部(29a,29b)を有する単一ブロック(27)の形態を成して形成される請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記流体ガイド回路(15a,15b)とそれぞれ連通するとともに長手方向軸線(A)に沿う前記装置(1)の両側で互いに正反対に配置される少なくとも1つの流体入口パイプ(38)及び少なくとも1つの流体出口パイプ(43)を備える請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の流体を熱的に調節するための少なくとも1つの装置(1)を備えることを特徴とする自動車両用の加熱及び/又は空調設備。
