Abstract
Description
第1の金属部品の表面上に融点降下組成物を塗布するステップであって、融点降下組成物は、第1の金属部品の融点温度を低下させるためのリン及びケイ素を含む融点降下要素と、任意的に、表面上に融点降下組成物を塗布するステップを容易にさせるためのバインダー要素とを含む、塗布するステップと、
前記表面上の接触点で、第2の金属部品を融点降下組成物に接触させるステップと、
1000℃より上の温度で第1及び第2の金属部品を加熱するステップであって、それによって、第1の金属部品の表面層が溶融し、且つ融点降下組成物と共に接触点で第2の金属部品と接触する溶融(融解した)金属層を形成するように、第1の金属部品の前記表面が溶融する、加熱するステップと、
接触点でジョイントが得られるように溶融金属層を凝固させるステップであって、ジョイントは、加熱するステップの前に、第1の金属部品及び第2の金属部品のいずれかの一部であった金属を少なくとも50wt%含む、ステップと、
を含む。
i) >50wt%のFe、<13wt%のCr、<1wt%のMo、<1wt%のNi、及び<3wt%のMn;
ii) >90wt%のFe;
iii) >65wt%のFe及び>13wt%のCr;
iv) >50wt%のFe、>15.5wt%のCr、及び>6wt%のNi;
v) >50wt%のFe、>15.5wt%のCr、1から10wt%のMo、及び>8wt%のNi;
vi) >97wt%のNi;
vii) >10wt%のCr及び>60wt%のNi;
viii)>15wt%のCr、>10wt%のMo、及び>50wt%のNi;
ix) >70wt%のCo;及び
x) >10wt%のFe、0.1から30wt%のMo、0.1から30wt%のNi、及び>50wt%のCo;
のいずれかを含み得る。
図21を参照して、第1及び第2の金属部品を接合するための方法のフローチャートが図示されている。金属部品は、上述したように異なる材料で作られ得る。

Claims (18)
- 第1の金属部品(11)を第2の金属部品(12)と接合させる方法であって、前記金属部品(11、12)は1000℃より上の固相線温度を有しており、前記方法は、
−前記第1の金属部品(11)の表面(15)上に融点降下組成物(14)を塗布するステップ(201)であって、前記融点降下組成物(14)は、
・前記第1の金属部品(11)の溶融温度を低下させるためのリン及びケイ素を含む融点降下要素と、
・任意的な、前記表面(15)上への前記融点降下組成物(14)の前記塗布するステップ(201)を容易にさせるためのバインダー要素と、
を含む、塗布するステップと、
−前記表面(15)上の接触点(16)で、前記第2の金属部品(12)を前記融点降下組成物(14)に接触させるステップ(202)と、
−1000℃より上の温度で前記第1及び第2の金属部品(11、12)を加熱するステップ(203)であって、それによって、前記第1の金属部品(11)の表面層(21)が溶融し、且つ前記融点降下要素と共に、前記接触点(16)で前記第2の金属部品(12)と接触する溶融金属層(210)を形成するように、前記第1の金属部品(11)の前記表面(15)が溶融する、加熱するステップと、
−前記溶融金属層(210)を凝固させ、前記接触点(16)でジョイント(25)を形成させるステップ(204)であって、前記ジョイント(25)は、前記加熱するステップ(203)の前に、前記第1の金属部品(11)及び前記第2の金属部品(12)のいずれかの一部であった金属を少なくとも50wt%含む、ステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記リンは、以下の化合物:MnxPy、FexPy及びNixPyの少なくともいずれかから選択されるリン化合物からもたらされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ケイ素は、ケイ素元素、及び以下の化合物:炭化ケイ素、ホウ化ケイ素、及びフェロシリコンの少なくともいずれかから選択されるケイ素化合物のケイ素のいずれかからもたらされる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記融点降下要素は、少なくとも25wt%、少なくとも35wt%、及び少なくとも55wt%のリン及びケイ素のいずれかを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- リンは、前記融点降下化合物の前記リン及びケイ素含有量の少なくとも10wt%を構成している請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ケイ素は、前記融点降下化合物の前記リン及びケイ素含有量の少なくとも55wt%を構成している、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記融点降下要素は50wt%未満の金属元素を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記融点降下要素は10wt%未満の金属元素を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の金属部品は0.3から0.6mmの厚さを含み、及び前記融点降下組成物(14)の前記塗布するステップ(201)は、前記第1の金属部品(11)の前記表面(15)上に1mm2あたり平均0.02から1.00mgのリン及びケイ素を塗布することを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の金属部品は0.6から1.0mmの厚さを含み、及び前記融点降下組成物(14)の前記塗布するステップ(201)は、前記第1の金属部品(11)の前記表面(15)上に1mm2あたり平均0.02から2.0mgのリン及びケイ素を塗布することを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記表面(15)は、ジョイント(25)を形成させる前記ステップ(204)の時に、前記溶融金属層における金属(21’)が前記接触点(16)へと流れるように、前記表面(15)上の前記接触点(16)によって画定される領域(A2)より大きい領域(A1)を有している、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記表面(15)の前記領域(A1)は、前記接触点(16)によって画定される前記領域(A2)より少なくとも3倍大きい、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記表面(15)の前記領域(A1)は、前記ジョイント(25)の断面領域(A3)より少なくとも10倍大きい、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の金属部品(12)を前記表面(15)に接触させるステップ(202)の時に、複数の接触点(16、116)が前記表面(15)上に形成されるように、前記第1の金属部品(11)及び前記第2の金属部品(12)のいずれかが、他方の金属部品の方へ延在する複数の突起(28、29)を含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

- 請求項1から16のいずれか一項の方法により第2の金属部品(12)と接合した第1の金属部品(11)を含む製品。
- 請求項1から18のいずれか一項の方法により第1の金属部品(11)を第2の金属部品(12)と接合させるための融点降下組成物であって、前記融点降下組成物は、i)溶融温度を低下させるためのリン及びケイ素を含む融点降下要素と、ii)任意的な、前記第1の金属部品(11)上に前記融点降下組成物(14)を塗布するステップ(201)を容易にさせるためのバインダー要素と、を含む融点降下組成物。
