Claims (23)
- 自己修復材料と腐食防止剤とを含む複数のマイクロカプセル
を含むことを特徴とする自己修復系。 - 前記自己修復材料が、ポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS)、エポキシ、またはシリコーンエポキシ官能化アルキドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己修復系。
- 前記腐食防止剤が自己修復材料と混和可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己修復系。
- 前記腐食防止剤が、
液体であり;
水に不溶であり;かつ
自己修復材料と混合した際に、単一の疎水性相を形成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自己修復系。 - 前記腐食防止剤のpHが4〜8であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自己修復系。
- 前記腐食防止剤が金属基板への付着を促進することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自己修復系。
- 前記金属基板は、鉄、アルミニウム、または鋼を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の自己修復系。
- 前記腐食防止剤が、
液体であり;
水に不溶であり;
自己修復材料と混合した際に、単一の疎水性相を形成し;
4〜8のpHを有し;かつ
金属基板への付着を促進することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自己修復系。 - 前記腐食防止剤がシリコーンエステルベースの腐食防止剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己修復系。
- 前記腐食防止剤が、ハイブリッド(有機−無機)ゾル−ゲルシリコーンエステルベースの液体腐食防止剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の自己修復系。
- 前記腐食防止剤が、下式:
を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の自己修復系。 - 前記腐食防止剤がベンゾチアゾリルチオコハク酸ベースの腐食防止剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己修復系。
- 前記腐食防止剤が、下式:
Xは酸素、硫黄、または第2級もしくは第3級アミン基であり;
R1、R2、R3、およびR4は、それぞれ独立に水素、アルキル、ハロゲノアルキル、アルコキシ、アルキルチオ、アルキルスルホニル、シクロアルキルフェニル、アルキルフェニル、フェニルアルキル、ハロゲン、−CN、−NO2、−COOH、−COOアルキル、−OH、または第1級、第2級もしくは第3級アミノ、またはカルバモイルであり;
Yは、脂肪族または脂環式モノ−、ジ−、トリ−またはテトラカルボン酸である)
を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の自己修復系。 - 前記腐食防止剤は、シリコーンエステルベースの腐食防止剤とベンゾチアゾリルチオコハク酸ベースの腐食防止剤の両方を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己修復系。
- 前記腐食防止剤を0.1質量%〜10質量%含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己修復系。
- 前記自己修復材料および前記腐食防止剤が複数のマイクロカプセル内に一緒にカプセル化されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己修復系。
- 前記自己修復材料および前記腐食防止剤が、複数のマイクロカプセルの異なるマイクロカプセル内に別々にカプセル化されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己修復系。
- 前記自己修復材料が複数のマイクロカプセル内にカプセル化されており、前記腐食防止剤が複数のマイクロカプセルの外面に繋がれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己修復系。
- 自己修復系を製造する方法であって、
自己修復材料を用意するステップと;
腐食防止剤を用意するステップと;
前記自己修復材料および前記腐食防止剤を望ましい比率で混合して、混合物を形成するステップと;
前記混合物をマイクロカプセル化して、自己修復系を製造するステップと、を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - さらに、前記自己修復系をマトリックスに添加するステップを備えることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記マトリックスが、コーティング、シーラント、接着剤、または強化ポリマー複合体であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記自己修復材料を用意するステップが、ポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS)、エポキシ、またはシリコーンエポキシ官能化アルキドを用意するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記腐食防止剤を用意するステップが、シリコーンエステルベースの腐食防止剤またはベンゾチアゾリルチオコハク酸ベースの腐食防止剤を用意するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
