Claims (11)
- 血管(16)の分岐部(14)内に配置されるステント(12)であって、複数のメッシュ(10)で構成され、遠位端部(18)および近位端部(20)を有するステント(12)において、
前記ステントに、着脱可能な保持要素が設けられており、該保持要素(22)が、前記ステント(12)の前記近位端部(20)において対向して配置された複数のメッシュ(10)に通されている
ことを特徴とするステント。 - 前記保持要素(22)がガイドワイヤに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のステント。
- 前記保持要素(22)が、前記ガイドワイヤと共に除去可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のステント。
- 前記保持要素(22)がワイヤで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載のステント。
- 前記保持要素(22)が、形状記憶金属、好ましくはニチノールで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項4記載のステント。
- 前記保持要素(22)がガイドワイヤであり、該ガイドワイヤが、その遠位端部(22)において、前記ステント(12)の前記近位端部(20)に位置する対向して配置された2つのメッシュ(10)に外側から通されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載のステント。
- 前記保持要素(22)がT字状の構成を有し、該フォーク状の構成の複数のアーム部(28)が、前記ステント(12)の前記近位端部(20)において対向して配置された複数のメッシュ(10)に通されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載のステント。
- 前記ステント(12)の前記近位端部(20)において、前記保持要素(22)が前記ステント(12)に導入されることを特徴とする、請求項7記載のステント。
- 前記ステント(12)および前記保持要素(20)が、引き込み可能な管(26)内に収容されており、前記保持要素(22)の自由端部または両端部は管の中に包まれており、該管(26)が引き込まれた際に展開可能になっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載のステント。
- バルーン拡張型であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項記載のステント。
- カテーテルと、請求項10記載のバルーン拡張型ステントと、前記ステントの前記保持要素と接続されたガイドワイヤとで構成されるキット。
