Abstract
Description
本願は、「ステント送達及びステント使用のための方法」という発明の名称の2016年10月4日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/404,102号の優先権を主張するものであり、参照することによりその全てが本明細書に援用される。
Claims (19)
- 細長いプッシャー体と、
前記細長いプッシャー体の遠位端部に接続し、圧縮構成と径方向拡張構成とをさらに有するメッシュ部分と、
前記細長いプッシャー体に係合し、前記メッシュ部分上方に配置されるステントとを含み、
前記メッシュ部分は、前記ステントをカテーテルから配置するとき前記ステントの内部に対して径方向に拡張する、ステント送達デバイス。 - 前記メッシュ部分は、その径方向拡張構成において、第1バルブ形状、第2バルブ形状、及び前記第1バルブ形状と第2バルブ形状との間の縮径形状を含む、請求項1に記載のステント送達デバイス。
- 前記プッシャー体はコアワイヤをさらに含み、前記コアワイヤの少なくとも一部は前記プッシャー体の遠位端部から露出され、前記メッシュ部分は前記コアワイヤ周りに配置される、請求項1に記載のステント送達デバイス。
- 前記メッシュ部分の近位端部は、前記細長いプッシャー体の遠位端部で接続され、コアワイヤが前記細長いプッシャー体から前記メッシュ部分内に延びて、前記メッシュ部分の最近位バルブ部内で終端する、請求項1に記載のステント送達デバイス。
- 前記第1バルブ形状と前記第2バルブ形状との間に延びて前記縮径形状上方に配置される複数の構造ワイヤをさらに含む、請求項2に記載のステント送達デバイス。
- 前記メッシュ部分は前記コアワイヤにおいて長手方向にスライドする、請求項3に記載のステント送達デバイス。
- 前記メッシュ部分の遠位端部は前記コアワイヤにおいてスライドし、前記メッシュ部分の近位端部は前記コアワイヤに対して長手方向に固定されている、請求項3に記載のステント送達デバイス。
- 前記メッシュ部分の近位端部は前記プッシャー体の遠位端部に固定されている、請求項3に記載のステント送達デバイス。
- 前記コアワイヤに固定されるとともに前記メッシュ部分内に配置されたマーカーバンドをさらに含む、請求項3に記載のステント送達デバイス。
- 前記メッシュ部分は、前記第1バルブ形状及び前記第2バルブ形状の遠位に配置される第3バルブ形状をさらに含み、前記第3バルブ形状は、前記第1バルブ形状及び前記第2バルブ形状よりも大きい拡張径を有し、前記第3バルブ部の内部に配置されるとともに小片のために血液をろ過するように構成されたフィルターをさらに有する、請求項3に記載のステント送達デバイス。
- 前記第1バルブ形状及び前記第2バルブ形状の遠位に配置されて前記第1バルブ形状及び前記第2バルブ形状から離間している第3バルブ形状をさらに含み、前記第3バルブ形状は、前記第1バルブ形状及び前記第2バルブ形状よりも大きい拡張径を有し、前記第3バルブ部の内部に配置されるとともに小片のために血液をろ過するように構成されたフィルターをさらに有する、請求項3に記載のステント送達デバイス。
- 通路を有する誘導管と、
圧縮されて、前記誘導管の遠位端部近傍で前記通路に配置されるステントと、
前記誘導管の前記通路内に配置される細長いプッシャー体と、
圧縮構成と径方向拡張構成とを有し、前記ステントがカテーテルの遠位端部から露出されるとメッシュ部分が径方向に拡張して前記ステントの内部に対して径方向力を与えるように前記ステントの前記内部に配置される、メッシュ部分とを含む、ステント送達キット。 - 前記メッシュ部分は、その径方向拡張構成において、第1バルブ形状、第2バルブ形状、及び前記第1バルブ形状と前記第2バルブ形状との間の縮径形状を含む、請求項12に記載のステント送達キット。
- コアワイヤをさらに含み、前記コアワイヤの少なくとも一部は前記細長いプッシャー体の遠位端部で露出され、前記メッシュ部分は前記コアワイヤ周りに配置される、請求項12に記載のステント送達キット。
- 前記メッシュ部分は、その径方向拡張構成において複数のバルブ形状を含む、請求項12に記載のステント送達キット。
- 前記複数のバルブ形状はそれぞれ、球体、回転楕円体、細長い筒体、円錐体、又は近位に増大する及び近位に減少する円錐体形状を備えた形状から選択される形状を有する、請求項15に記載のステント送達キット。
- ステントを配置する方法であって、
カテーテルの遠位端部を血管の湾曲部分近傍に前進させるステップと、
ステントの遠位部分を露出させるステップと、
前記ステント内でメッシュ部分を拡張させて前記ステントに径方向外方の力を加えるステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記メッシュ部分に接続するプッシャー体を後退させて前記メッシュ部分を前記カテーテル内に後退させることをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記メッシュ部分を拡張させることは、前記メッシュ部分の第1バルブ部及び第2バルブ部を拡張させることをさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
