Claims (10)
- 本体部と、前記本体部の一端に形成されて表面には複数の螺旋状の屑排出溝がぐるぐる回って形成されている先端部と、を含むマイクロドリルにおいて、
前記屑排出溝は、長手屑排出溝と、短手屑排出溝と、連通溝と、を含み、
前記長手屑排出溝と前記短手屑排出溝とが、互いに離間して配置され、同じねじれ角を有し、
前記連通溝により、前記長手屑排出溝と前記短手屑排出溝とが連通している、
ことを特徴とするマイクロドリル。 - 前記先端部には切削刃が設けられ、
前記切削刃は、前記本体部の軸心に対称に形成されている2つの主切削刃と、2つの主刃面と、2つの副刃面と、を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロドリル。 - 前記長手屑排出溝は、前記先端部から前記本体部の末端まで形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマイクロドリル。 - 前記短手屑排出溝は、前記本体部の前段に設けられ、前記先端部から前記本体部の前段の末端まで形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマイクロドリル。 - 前記短手屑排出溝の長さが、前記長手屑排出溝の長さの70%以下である、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のマイクロドリル。 - 前記連通溝は、前記短手屑排出溝と前記長手屑排出溝との間のランドから、前記長手屑排出溝を伴って、前記長手屑排出溝の末尾まで形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロドリル。 - 前記長手屑排出溝と前記短手屑排出溝の末尾との間のランドにある連通溝のねじれ角が、前記長手屑排出溝のねじれ角および前記短手屑排出溝のねじれ角より大きい、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のマイクロドリル。 - 前記長手屑排出溝と前記短手屑排出溝の末尾との間のランドにある連通溝のねじれ角が、前記長手屑排出溝のねじれ角および前記短手屑排出溝のねじれ角より小さい、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のマイクロドリル。 - 前記本体部には、1つまたは複数の前記連通溝が設けられている、
