Description
Claims (13)
- 自己発電無線スイッチであって、
少なくとも1つのマイクロ発電機及び外部へ無線制御信号を送信するための制御パネルを含み、
前記マイクロ発電機は、相対的に運動可能な磁石ユニットとコイルユニットを含み、且つ、前記コイルユニットに誘導電流が発生し、
前記コイルユニットは、コア及び前記制御パネルに電気的に接続された導線を含み、前記導線は、前記コアの外に巻き付けられてコイルを形成し、
前記磁石ユニットは、前記コイルユニットの一方の側に配置され、且つ、前記コイルの中心線を向いて配置され、
前記磁石ユニットは、永久磁石及び前記永久磁石の対向する2つの磁極の側面それぞれに設置された2つの導磁板を含むことを特徴とする自己発電無線スイッチ。 - 前記自己発電無線スイッチはさらに、支持パネルを含み、
前記マイクロ発電機は、前記支持パネル上に設置され、
前記支持パネル上に2つの対向配置されるシュートパネルが突設され、
前記2つのシュートパネルの対向する表面に上下に延伸されるシュートが設けられ、
前記磁石ユニットの両端が前記シュート中に移動可能に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己発電無線スイッチ。 - 前記コアの一端が前記コイルから突出し、この突出端の端面が前記導磁板の端面に接触することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自己発電無線スイッチ。
- 前記2つの導磁板の間に空間を形成するように、前記2つの導磁板が前記コイルユニットの一端に向かって延伸し、
前記コアの一端は、前記コイルから突出して、前記2つの導磁板間の空間に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自己発電無線スイッチ。 - 前記磁石ユニットはさらに、カバーフレームを含み、
前記カバーフレーム中に前記永久磁石及び前記2つの導磁板を収納するための空洞が設けられ、前記カバーフレームの両端にはそれぞれスライド凸ブロックが設けられ、
前記スライド凸ブロックは、前記シュートパネルのシュート中に移動可能に設置されることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の自己発電無線スイッチ。 - 前記支持パネルの中央部に突起が設けられ、
前記自己発電無線スイッチはさらに、スイッチパネルを含み、
前記スイッチパネルの下面の中央部が前記突起にヒンジ連結され、
前記スイッチパネルの一端部が前記磁石ユニットに接続され、
前記コイルユニットが前記支持パネル上に固定されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の自己発電無線スイッチ。 - 前記スイッチパネルの端部の両側には、それぞれ下に向かって延伸する係止アームが設けられており、
前記係止アームの下端に係止フックが形成されており、
前記係止フックが前記カバーフレームにフック連結されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の自己発電無線スイッチ。 - 前記スイッチパネルの下面には下方に開口されたくぼみ形空洞が設けられ、
前記磁石ユニットが前記くぼみ形空洞中に設置されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の自己発電無線スイッチ。 - 前記自己発電無線スイッチはさらに、弾性片を含み、
前記弾性片の一端が前記支持パネルに固定され、
前記弾性片の他端が前記コアにおける前記コイルから突出した他端に接続されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の自己発電無線スイッチ。 - 前記コアは、W形を呈しており、中柱及び前記中柱の両側に設置された側柱を含み、
前記導線が前記中柱の外に巻き付けられて前記コイルを形成し、
前記弾性片は、2回折り曲げられてU形になり、前記コアに積層して固定されており、
前記弾性片の両側柱の先端が前記コアの前記両側柱の先端よりも長く、前記弾性片の前記両側柱の先端が前記支持パネルに固定されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の自己発電無線スイッチ。 - 前記コアは、前記導線を巻回するための巻回セグメントを含み、
前記コアの前記巻回セグメントは、一端が接続セグメントであり、他端が前記2つの導磁板間の空間に挿入された接触セグメントであり、
前記コアの前記接続セグメントは、前記コイルユニットがヒンジ連結軸回りに回動可能となるように、前記支持パネルにヒンジ連結され、
前記磁石ユニットは、前記支持パネル上に固定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自己発電無線スイッチ。 - 前記自己発電無線スイッチは、環状となるアウトフレームをさらに含み、
前記アウトフレームは、前記支持パネル及び前記スイッチパネルの外周を覆うことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の自己発電無線スイッチ。 - 前記支持パネル上には、3台の前記マイクロ発電機及びそれに対応する数の前記スイッチパネルが設けられ、
3台の前記マイクロ発電機が上下順次に配置され、3つの前記スイッチパネルが順次に並列配置されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の自己発電無線スイッチ。
