Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 対象の画像を取得するX線システムであって、
X線源と、
X線検出器と、
コリメータと、
X線源移動機構と、
X線検出器移動機構と、
処理ユニットと、を有し、
前記X線源移動機構は、前記X線検出器の検出表面に対してそれぞれ異なるトモグラフィック角度に、前記X線源を移動させ、
前記X線検出器は、複数の隣り合う検出器タイルにセグメント化され、
前記X線検出器移動機構は、前記X線システムの動作中、少なくとも第1のX線検出器位置と第2のX線検出器位置との間で前記X線検出器を移動させ、
前記X線源、前記コリメータ及び前記X線検出器は、複数のトモグラフィック角度から前記対象にX線ビームを照射するとともに、前記隣り合う検出器タイルにより複数の部分画像を取得し、前記処理ユニットが、前記取得された部分画像から前記対象の画像を再構成する、X線システム。 - 前記再構成される対象の画像は、前記対象の3次元ボリュームである、請求項1に記載のX線システム。
- 前記第1のX線検出器位置及び前記第2のX線検出器位置は、共通投影平面において、ほぼ前記検出器タイルの幅又はそれより小さい距離シフトされる、請求項1又は2に記載のX線システム。
- 2つの隣り合う検出器タイルが、前記第1のX線検出器位置及び前記第2のX線検出器位置の部分画像取得の間に重なり領域を提供し、
前記X線システムは、前記重なり領域におけるX線ビームの強度を調整する、請求項3に記載のX線システム。 - 前記X線システムは、前記X線検出器移動機構によって、同じトモグラフィック角度において前記第1のX線検出器位置から前記第2のX線検出器位置に前記X線検出器を移動させ、
前記X線システムは、複数の離散的なトモグラフィック角度の各々について、前記第1のX線検出器位置及び前記第2のX線検出器位置のそれぞれにおいて部分画像を取得する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のX線システム。 - 前記X線システムは、前記第1のX線検出器位置と前記第2のX線検出器位置との間の距離にわたって部分画像を連続的に取得する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のX線システム。
- 前記X線システムは、トモグラフィック角度が変えられると同時に、前記X線検出器移動機構によって前記第1のX線検出器位置から前記第2のX線検出器位置に前記X線検出器を移動させ、
前記X線システムは、複数の離散的なトモグラフィック角度αの各々について、前記第1のX線検出器位置又は前記第2のX線検出器位置において部分画像を取得する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のX線システム。 - 前記再構成が、反復的な再構成方法によって実施される、請求項7に記載のX線システム。
- 前記コリメータは、トモグラフィック角度及びX線検出器位置に合わせてコリメーションパターンを調整する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のX線システム。
- 前記コリメータは、2つの異なる部分画像の取得のために反転チェスボードパターンを生成する互いに重なる垂直ラインコリメーション装置の組を有する、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のX線システム。
- 前記X線検出器と検査される対象を支持する支持装置との間に配される散乱防止グリッドを更に有する、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のX線システム。
- 前記X線検出器タイルは、ギアを通じて前記X線源移動機構に接続され、それにより、各々の単体のX線検出器タイルが、画像取得の間、前記X線源のフォーカスに同期して回転される、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のX線システム。
- 前記X線源と前記X線検出器との間に生検ユニットを更に有する、請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のX線システム。
- セグメント化されたX線検出器を有するX線システムにより、対象の画像を取得する方法であって、
a)検出器タイルの第1の組がX線源のX線ビームに曝露されるように、第1の検出器位置で及び第1のトモグラフィック角度で第1の画像を取得するステップと、
b)X線検出器移動機構によって前記第1の検出器位置から第2の検出器位置に前記X線検出器を移動させるステップと、
c)検出器タイルの第2の組が前記X線源のX線ビームに曝露されるように、前記第2の検出器位置で及び前記第1のトモグラフィック角度又は第2のトモグラフィック角度で第2の画像を取得するステップであって、N個の2次元画像の組が取得されるように、予め決められたトモグラフィック角度の組のうち残りのトモグラフィック角度についてステップa)乃至c)を繰り返す、ステップと、
d)前記N個の2次元画像に基づいて画像を再構成するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記ステップb)が、第1のトモグラフィック角度から第2のトモグラフィック角度に前記X線源を移動させることを更に含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
