Claims (14)
- a)それぞれが4個の炭素原子を有する枝分かれしたおよび枝分かれしていない炭化水素を少なくとも80%含むC4炭化水素ストリーム(C4)を提供するステップ、ならびに
b)前記C4炭化水素ストリーム(C4)またはそこから誘導されたストリームから、4個の炭素原子を有する枝分かれしていない炭化水素を少なくとも80%含むn−C4部分ストリーム(n−C4)、および4個の炭素原子を有する枝分かれした炭化水素を主に含むイソ−C4部分ストリーム(i−C4)を回収するステップ、
を含む、炭化水生成物を生成するための方法であって、
c)前記n−C4部分ストリーム(n−C4)またはそこから誘導されたストリームの少なくとも一部を、その中に含有されている少なくとも50%でかつ92%を超えないn−ブタンが転化される分解率で水蒸気分解すること
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記イソ−C4部分ストリーム(i−C4)中に含有されている前記枝分かれした炭化水素の少なくともいくらかを骨格異性化により反応させて、枝分かれしていない炭化水素を形成すること
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の方法であって、
b)による前記n−C4およびイソ−C4ストリーム(n−C4、i−C4)の回収の前に、前記C4炭化水素ストリーム(C4)中に含有されている1−ブテンの少なくともいくらかを水素化異性化により反応させて2−ブテンを形成すること
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記イソ−C4部分ストリーム(イソ−C4)またはそこから誘導されたストリームの少なくともいくらかを、その中に含有されている91%を超える前記イソ−ブタンが転化される分解率で水蒸気分解すること
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、c)による前記水蒸気分解の間に、90%、88%、86%、84%、82%、80%、78%、76%、74%、72%、70%または65%未満で、かつ50%または60%を超える前記n−ブタンが転化される分解率が使用されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記イソ−C4部分ストリームまたはそこから誘導されたストリーム(i−C4)が、少なくとも部分的に水素化プロセスにかけられることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、a)により提供される前記C4炭化水素ストリーム(C4)が、c)による水蒸気分解によって得られた少なくとも1つの分解ガス(C)から少なくとも部分的に生成されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、a)により提供される前記C4炭化水素ストリーム(C4)が、新鮮な供給原料(A)を水蒸気分解することによって形成される分解ガス(C)から、特に、1つ以上の石油留分、2から4個の炭素原子を有する石油ガス成分、および/または石油ガス凝縮物から少なくとも部分的に生成されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、a)により提供される前記C4炭化水素ストリーム(C4)が、事前に水蒸気分解プロセスにかけられていない新鮮な供給原料(A)から、特に、1つ以上の石油留分、2から4個の炭素原子を有する石油ガス成分、および/または石油ガス凝縮物、および/または精製プロセスの少なくとも1つの生成物から少なくとも部分的に形成されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記水蒸気分解が、0.4kg/kg、特に0.2から0.7kg/kgの水蒸気量を用いて行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記水蒸気分解が、少なくとも1つの再循環ストリームおよび/または少なくとも1つの新鮮な供給原料の形の少なくとも1つの他の炉の供給原料(A)が供給される、少なくとも1つの分解炉(11、12、13)中で行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、1,3−ブタジエン(BD)が、b)による前記n−C4およびイソ−C4部分ストリーム(i−C4、n−C4)の前記回収の前に、前記C4炭化水素ストリーム(C4)から分離されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法であって、前記1,3−ブタジエン(BD)の前記分離の後に、前記炭化水素ストリーム(C4)中に含有されているイソブテンが、少なくとも部分的に反応させられてtert−ブチルエーテルを形成し、前記tert−ブチルエーテルも、前記炭化水素ストリーム(C4)から分離されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、少なくとも1つの他のストリーム、特にブチンおよび/または5個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素を含有しているストリームが、前記C4炭化水素ストリーム(C4)中に供給されることを特徴とする方法。
