Claims (16)
- フレキシブルバッグを製造するためのシステムであって、
無菌処理のために構成されている単一の格納環境と、
フレキシブルバッグを製造するように構成されて前記格納環境内に設置されるフレキシブルバッグ製造ステーションと、
前記フレキシブルバッグを殺菌するように構成されて前記単一の格納環境内に設置される電子ビーム殺菌ステーションと、
少なくとも二種の異なる材料を前記フレキシブルバッグに充填するように構成されている充填ステーションであって、前記単一の格納環境内に設置される充填ステーションと、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記二種の異なる材料が充填された後で前記フレキシブルバッグを取り出すように構成されている包装ステーションであって、前記単一の格納環境内に設置される包装ステーション、

をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - フレキシブルバッグ製作ステーションから前記電子ビーム殺菌ステーションへ直接的に、そして充填ステーションへ直接的に、前記フレキシブルバッグを搬送すること、
をさらに含み、
前記電子ビーム殺菌ステーションに対して前記フレキシブルバッグを接近および離間移動させるのに環境的に独立した移送構造が使用されないように、前記フレキシブルバッグ製作ステーションと前記電子ビーム殺菌ステーションと前記充填ステーションの各々が同じ単一の無菌環境内に設置される、
請求項7に記載の方法。 - 自動化機械構造のみを使用して、フレキシブルバッグ製作ステーションから前記電子ビーム殺菌ステーションへ直接的に、そして充填ステーションへ直接的に、前記フレキシブルバッグを搬送すること、
をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 充填フレキシブル容器を製造するためのシステムであって、
フレキシブル容器を製造するように構成されているフレキシブル容器製造ステーションと、
前記フレキシブル容器を殺菌するように構成されている電子ビーム殺菌ステーションと、
少なくとも二種の異なる材料を前記フレキシブル容器に充填するように構成されている充填ステーションと、
前記フレキシブル容器製造ステーションを前記電子ビーム殺菌ステーションに直接的に接続する第1コンベヤと、
前記電子ビーム殺菌ステーションを前記充填ステーションに直接的に接続する第2コンベヤと、
をさらに備えるシステム。 - 前記フレキシブル容器製造ステーションと前記電子ビーム殺菌ステーションと前記充填ステーションと前記第1コンベヤと前記第2コンベヤとがすべて、同じ単一の無菌環境筐体内に設置される、
請求項14に記載のシステム。 - 前記電子ビーム殺菌ステーション内を移動する際に前記フレキシブル容器を保持するとともに、前記フレキシブル容器を回転させて、前記電子ビーム殺菌ステーションに設置された電子ビーム発生器に前記フレキシブル容器の少なくとも二つの両側面が露出されるように構成されているキャリア器具、
をさらに備える、請求項14に記載のシステム。
