Claims (12)
- 電気アーク(6a、6b、6c)を生成するための少なくとも1つの電極(4a、4b、4c)を有する電気アーク炉(2)を作動させる方法であって、前記電極(4a、4b、4c)に供給される電流(I)の目標値が所定の基準値(I0)のまわりで振動する、方法。
- 前記振動が周期的に起こる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 周期的周波数(f)が0.2Hzから2Hzである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記基準値(I0)のまわりでの前記電流(I)の前記振動が、前記電流(I)の振幅および/または周期的周波数(f)を変化させることによって起こる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記周期的周波数(f)が時間セグメント中に増加される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記電気アーク炉(2)が3つの電極(4a、4b、4c)を備え、前記それぞれの電流が120°の位相シフトを有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記3つの電極(4a、4b、4c)のそれぞれにおける電流(I)の目標値が順番に振動するために、前記振動の影響を受ける前記それぞれの電極(4a、4b、4c)において、より長い電気アークが特に生成され、影響を受けない前記電極において、相対的により短い電気アークが生成される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記3つの電極(4a、4b、4c)が、それらの縦軸の方向に見て円形のライン上に配置されており、前記電気アーク炉(2)の中のより長い電気アークが、前記円形のラインによって囲まれた領域を回って回帰的に循環する、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記電気アーク炉の中にスクラップが存在して、前記電流(I)の前記目標値を前記振動させることにより、前記電気アークによって生成される放射出力パワーの増加が目標とされたやり方で達成される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気アーク炉(2)の中に湯(10)が存在して、前記電流(I)の前記目標値を前記振動させることにより、前記電気アーク炉(2)における前記湯(10)の運動が生成される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電極(4a、4b、4c)の縦軸の方向に見たとき、前記少なくとも1つの電極(4a、4b、4c)を回って循環する前記湯(10)の運動が、目標とされたやり方で生成される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 電気アーク(6a、6b、6c)を生成するための少なくとも1つの電極(4a、4b、4c)と、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するためのソフトウェアを実施する制御/調整ユニット(14)とを有する電気アーク炉(2)。
