Claims (18)
- 駆動部(12)を有するねじ頭部付きねじ(10)であって、前記駆動部(12)は、カム(14a,14b,14c)の周りの前記ねじ頭部内に導入された凹部によって形成される前記カム(14a,14b,14c)を備え、各カムは、トルクを伝達するために使用される二つの側面(18a,18b)と、該二つの側面(18a,18b)を接続する端面(16a,16b,16c)と、を備え、該端面(16a,16b,16c)は、ねじシャンクから外方に向く前記ねじ頭部の端部上に凹面輪郭を有し、前記端面(16a,16b,16c)は、ねじ軸に垂直な平面における前記ねじ軸の周りで、前記平面に関連した半径を有する仮想の円形周辺部(20a,20b,20c)が、前記端面(16a,16b,16c)との前記カム上の接触点(22a,22b,22c)を有し、前記端面(16a,16b,16c)の軸方向高さの少なくとも一部分、すなわち、接触領域に亘って、複数のそのような接触点(22a,22b,22c)は、形成され、前記接触点(22a,22b,22c)は、前記端面(16a,16b,16c)の中心に接触線(24a,24b,24c)を形成する、駆動部(12)を有するねじ頭部付きねじ(10)。
- 少なくとも前記接触領域において、前記凹面輪郭の曲率半径は、前記平面に関連した前記仮想の円形周辺部(20a,20b,20c)の半径より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動部(12)を有するねじ頭部付きねじ(10)。
- 前記端面(16a,16b,16c)は、前記接触線(24a,24b,24c)が前記ねじ軸に対してある角度で延びる状態で、前記軸高さの部分における前記仮想の円形周辺部(20a,20b,20c)の半径が、前記ねじシャンクの方向に連続的に減少するように、設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の駆動部(12)を有するねじ頭部付きねじ(10)。
- 前記接触線(24a,24b,24c)は、円形対称の駆動ツールが導入される場合、面圧を生成するために、前記ねじ軸に対して10度未満の角度で傾斜されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の駆動部(12)を有するねじ頭部付きねじ(10)。
- 前記ねじシャンクに面する前記ねじ頭部の端部は、凸面輪郭を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の駆動部(12)を有するねじ頭部付きねじ(10)。
- 前記凸面輪郭から前記凹面輪郭への移行は、自由曲面であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の駆動部(12)を有するねじ頭部付きねじ(10)。
- 記凹面輪郭及び前記凸面輪郭が交差する端面から側面への移行は、前記ねじ軸に平行に延びることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の駆動部(12)を有するねじ頭部付きねじ(10)。
- 三つのカム(14a,14b,14c)は、それぞれが、関連した平面において、前記カム(14a,14b,14c)の側面(18a,18b)上に接触点を有するように設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の駆動部(12)を有するねじ頭部付きねじ(10)。
- 駆動ツールは、基体から外側への径方向拡張において、その上に形成される一体式の同期要素を有する基体を備え、前記基体は、ねじを駆動するための先端が前記ねじ内に導入される、少なくともその係合部において、前記先端に向けて先細となる円錐部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れかに記載のねじ(10)を導入するための駆動ツール(50)。
- コーンの側域は、前記ねじ軸に対して0度と約10度との間の角度で傾斜されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の駆動ツール(50)。
- 前記同期要素は、円弧状設計であることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の駆動ツール(50)。
- 前記同期要素は、前記ねじ軸に対して同期要素角度を画定する側面を有し、前記角度は、二つの隣接する側面間の角度、すなわち、距離角度より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の駆動ツール(50)。
- 前記同期要素の外側寸法は、円筒形状に広がることを特徴とする、請求項9〜12の何れかに記載の駆動ツール(50)。
- 正確に三つの同期要素が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項9〜13の何れかに記載の駆動ツール(50)。
- 前記同期要素は、前記側面から前記外面までの移行領域において丸みを帯びた設計であることを特徴とする、請求項11〜14の何れかに記載の駆動ツール(50)。
- 前記丸みを帯びた設計は、楕円形であることを特徴とする、請求項11〜15の何れかに記載の駆動ツール(50)。
- 前記同期要素の丸みを帯びた部分の曲率は、前記ツールに一致するB寸法を有するねじの駆動部上の対応する移行領域の曲率より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項11〜16の何れかに記載の駆動ツール(50)。
- 請求項1〜8の何れかに記載のねじ(10)及び請求項9〜17の何れかに記載の駆動ツール(50)を備える駆動システム。
