Abstract
Description

- (a)ホットメルト感圧接着剤組成物、及び、
(b)約20g/10分〜約300g/10分の間のメルトフローインデックスを有するニート低密度ポリエチレン、ニートポリプロピレン又はニートエチレン酢酸ビニルからなる共押出コーティング
を備えるパッケージ入りホットメルト接着剤。 - 前記接着剤組成物(a)がポリオレフィン、ポリオレフィンコポリマー、ポリオレフィン/α−オレフィンインターポリマー及び合成ゴムからなる群から選択されるベースポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載のパッケージ入り接着剤。
- 前記接着剤組成物(a)がメタロセン−合成低分子量ポリプロピレンポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載のパッケージ入り接着剤。
- 前記接着剤組成物(a)が合成ゴムを含む、請求項1に記載のパッケージ入り接着剤。
- 前記接着剤組成物(a)が前記パッケージ入り接着剤の総重量の約20重量%未満の量の1種又は複数の可塑剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載のパッケージ入り接着剤。
- 前記コーティング(b)の量が前記パッケージ入り接着剤の総重量に関して約1.5重量%〜約5重量%の間である、請求項1に記載のパッケージ入り接着剤。
- 前記コーティング(b)のメルトフローインデックスが約50g/10分〜約180g/10分の間である、請求項1に記載のパッケージ入り接着剤。
- 前記コーティング(b)が約0.90g/cm3〜約0.93g/cm3の間の室温密度を有する、請求項1に記載のパッケージ入り接着剤。
- 約20〜約70の間の平均貫入数(PZ)を有する、請求項1に記載のパッケージ入り接着剤。
- 前記接着剤組成物(a)が約500mPas〜約10000mPasの間の150℃での粘度を有する、請求項1に記載のパッケージ入り接着剤。
- ピロー、プリル及び共押出ロープからなる群から選択される形態である、請求項1に記載のパッケージ入り接着剤。
- 約1cm〜約3cmの間の直径を有するロープの形態の請求項11に記載のパッケージ入り接着剤。
- 前記ホットメルト感圧接着剤組成物(a)を共押出ヘッドを通して吸い上げ、前記共押出コーティング(b)を前記共押出コーティング(b)がカバーシートとして前記接着剤組成物(a)を実質的に覆うように前記接着剤組成物(a)に添加する方法によって得られる共押出パッケージ入りホットメルト感圧接着剤であって、前記ホットメルト感圧接着剤組成物が約20〜約70の間の平均貫入数(PZ)を有する共押出パッケージ入りホットメルト感圧接着剤。
- 複数の個々の形態として提供される請求項13に記載の共押出パッケージ入りホットメルト感圧接着剤。
- パッケージ入り接着剤を溶融システムに運搬し、次いで、前記溶融システムで溶融状態に加熱し、基材に塗布する接着剤適用工程に、請求項14に記載のパッケージ入り接着剤の複数の個々の形態を使用する方法。
- 前記複数の個々の形態が前記溶融システムに入る前に融合しない、及び/又は機械的に分離できて前記個々の形態の自由流動性を誘導する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の個々の形態が真空運搬、管状ドラッグ運搬、ビッグバッグ運搬及び溶融オンデマンド運搬からなる群から選択される運搬システムによって溶融システムに運搬される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の個々の形態が前記複数の形態を前記溶融システムに自動的に分配する分配システムによって前記溶融システムに運搬される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融接着剤が、おむつ、成人用失禁装置、生理用ナプキン及び医療用ドレープからなる群から選択される物品の製造で基材に塗布される、請求項1に記載のパッケージ入り接着剤を使用する方法。
- ボックス、プラスチックバッグ、ポーチ、ビッグバッグ及びスーパーサックからなる群から選択される、パッケージ入りホットメルト感圧接着剤の複数の個々の形態を含む接着剤含有容器であって、前記ホットメルト感圧接着剤が約20〜約70の間の平均貫入数(PZ)を有する接着剤含有容器。
