Claims (17)
- 隠れている被加工部をエネルギビーム(3)によって接合する方法であって、
a) 少なくとも1つの下側被加工部(3)と少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)が互いに対して位置決めされ、
b) 前記少なくとも1つの下側被加工部(3)と前記少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)が位置決めされると、前記少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)が、前記少なくとも1つの下側被加工部(3)の接合線(4)に沿って前記少なくとも1つの下側被加工部(3)に接触し、かつ前記接合線(4)を隠し、前記接合線(4)の目標輪郭が、1つの座標系においてコントローラに既知であり、
c) 前記少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)を、材料係止された状態に前記接合線(4)に接合する目的で、前記少なくとも1つの下側被加工部(3)とは反対側の前記少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)の上面(2a)に前記エネルギビーム(10)が導かれ、前記エネルギビーム(10)がコントローラによって前記接合線(4)に沿って動かされ、
d) 前記接合線(4)を検出するため、前記エネルギビーム(10)を使用して、前記少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)の前記上面(2a)に探索継ぎ目(5,5’,6)が形成され、
e) 前記少なくとも1つの下側被加工部(3)に接触していない前記少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)の表面領域(A1)と、前記接合線(4)に接触している前記少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)の表面領域(A2)とが接している境界(7,8)が、検出器(11)によって検出され、
f) 前記コントローラが、前記境界(7,8)の位置を登録し、前記位置と、前記コントローラに格納されている前記境界(7,8)の目標位置とを比較し、
g) 前記境界(7,8)の前記位置が逸脱している場合、前記接合線に沿って前記エネルギビーム(10)の動きを修正する(4)、
方法。 - 前記探索継ぎ目(5,6)が、前記少なくとも1つの下側被加工部(3)に接触していない前記少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)の前記表面領域(A1)から、前記接合線(4)に接触している前記少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)の前記表面領域(A2)を超えて、前記少なくとも1つの下側被加工部(3)に接触していない前記少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)の別の表面領域(A1)内に、延び、前記コントロールユニットが、前記2つの境界(7,8)の位置を登録する、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記探索継ぎ目(5,5’,6)の特性であるパラメータ、特に、物理パラメータまたは化学パラメータが、前記検出器(11)によって検出および監視される、
請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記検出器(11)によって検出される前記パラメータの値が、前記境界(7,8)において急峻に変化する、
請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)の前記上面(2a)に、間隔を隔てた少なくとも2本または3本の探索継ぎ目(5,6)が形成され、前記検出器(11)によって監視される、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 最初の境界(7,8)、または最初および2番目の境界(7,8)が登録された後に、前記エネルギビーム(10)の動きが修正され、前記探索継ぎ目(5’)が、前記エネルギビーム(10)の動きを中断することなく、前記接合線(4)に沿った接合継ぎ目に移行する、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記エネルギビーム(10)が、前記コントローラによって、蛇行状の動きにより前記接合構造(4)の実際の輪郭を安定的にたどるようにされる、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記境界(7,8)の前記位置が前記コントローラによって登録され、前記コントローラに格納されている前記境界(7,8)の前記位置と比較され、前記境界(7,8)のうちの少なくとも1つの境界の位置が逸脱している場合、前記接合線(4)に沿って前記エネルギビームの動きが修正される、
請求項5から請求項7のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記探索継ぎ目(5,5’,6)が、前記接合線(4)に対して斜めに、または前記接合線(4)を横切る方向に形成される、
請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記探索継ぎ目(5,5’,6)が形成されているとき、少なくとも点において材料係止された状態に、前記少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)が前記少なくとも1つの下側被加工部(3)の前記接合線(4)に結合される、
請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記検出器(11)が、接合継ぎ目の品質を監視するシステムの検出器(11)である、
請求項1から請求項10のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのパラメータが、熱エネルギまたは温度、光強度、波長、定格電流、または他の特徴的な接合パラメータである、

請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記下側被加工部(3)が自動車の構造部または自動車の車体の一部であり、前記上側被加工部(4)が自動車の構造部または自動車の車体の一部である、
請求項1から請求項14のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの下側被加工部(3)および前記少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)を接合する目的で、前記少なくとも1つの下側被加工部(3)もしくは前記少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)またはその両方が、接合ステーション(9)内に配置され、好ましくは前記接合ステーション(9)内で互いに対して位置決めされる、または前記接合ステーション(9)内に配置される前に互いに対して位置決めされる、または、前記少なくとも1つの上側被加工部(2)および前記少なくとも1つの下側被加工部(3)が、各ロボットアームによって保持され、前記ロボットアームによって互いに対して位置決めされ、前記接合ステーション(9)が、据置き型の接合ステーション(9)である、または、ロボットアーム(15)に結合されており接合時に前記ロボットアーム(15)によって空間的に移動する接合ステーション(9)である、
請求項1から請求項15のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記検出器(11)、もしくは、前記エネルギビーム(19)を発生させるシステム(10a)の少なくともビーム出射部、またはその両方が、ロボットアーム(15)に固定されている、
